The rooftop pool/rooftop was a very a nice touch. You can’t see the sunset that well but I enjoyed being up there and enjoying the view. People would bring food up to the rooftop bar area (separate from pool) and eat dinner. Very clean and the staff called me to ask if I wanted my room clean. They were very kind and accommodating. Weekend parking was a bit hectic but once the week day came there was plenty of parking. There is no garage. Parking is located at the front or back of the hotel. Free water given! No fee for the pool or other amenities. I paid for breakfast and it was nice not to worry about a meal. They have cereal, a myriad of Korean food, eggs, potatoes, a soup or two, yogurt, bread, fruit, juice and make your own eggs station. I would definitely come back!

Great area, very friendly staff”
We stayed at Casaloma for access to Jeju's Olle trails, food markets and Hallasan Mountain. It was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the location was ideal. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Value for money”
Centrally located, with nice parks and many restaurants nearby, old hotel with updated, clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Rooftop pool is crowded with kids and there is a small gym. Good views from the rooms. Not nearly enough parking spaces so take the airport bus to there. It stops right outside the front door.

Great hotel for Seogwipo Jeju stay”
Travelled to Jeju Seogwipo in April 2023 and Casaloma hotel has been impressive. Firstly, the limousine bus stop is just outside the hotel which makes it very convenient for travel to the Jeju Airport. It comes in 20 mins intervals. Secondly, the hotel is near major attractions in Seogwipo such as Cheonjiyeon falls, Oedolgae and Olle Market. There are also nice cafes around the area which is of walking/few bus stops distance. This location is also suitable for non-driving travellers as bus stops are everywhere (download Naver map for accurate timings) Thirdly, the room and hotel overall gives of a nice and cosy vibe, with comfortable beds that will ensure you are well rested for travel. Those who have breakfast included in stay will also be satisfied with the adequate variety of Korean and Western fusion breakfast for a 3 star hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay here due to the amazing location and hospitality shown by the staff.

Comfortable and convenient ”
Hotel is near to many eateries, cafes, even ABC mart and Olle Market. Room is clean, spacious and tidy. It is also near to cheonjiyeon waterfall and the sea. There is a pretty cafe facing the sea, just 3mins via taxi from the hotel - Cafe Pausa. Hotel staff were helpful as well. Ask them for the schedule for airport bus 600 to/fro Jeju Airport (5500won per pax) and they would be able to advise.

Value for money at superb location”
If you love nature and hiking, there is an easy 2km hike from the hotel. The breakfast is also superb. They have Abalone porridge!!!! Overall, will recommend.

A great choice in Seogwipo!”
We loved being here. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean; location was great as one of the main streets to the night market, restaurants and shopping area is right beside the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops right across the street so great transportation from the airport (5500KRW per person). Beautiful park and access to Ollie Trail #6 right across the street too. Breakfast was ok but not fabulous. I’d still highly recommend this hotel.

This is a 3 star hotel and you really get what you paid for. The sockets for charging were really a hassle as you need to bring an International plug that is deep enough to insert into their sockets.

Nice hotel but parking very limited”
Nice hotel. Big spacious room and clean. Very limited parking as it is street parking and only a few parking in front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel”
We stayed in the Panoramic view room and loved it. The views from this room is amazing, and the suite is very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. My kids loved Kids Cafe and Game Room. Laundry room is equipped with several washers and dryers with detergents, drying sheets, and large disposable laundry bags available (500 won (50 cents) each). We used the 1st floor 24hr convenience store everyday, as well as the restaurant for breakfast and the Cafe. Heated roof top pool is also a plus! Highly highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with small kids.

Nice, Clean & Comfortable Hotel”
My daughter & I enjoyed our 2-nights stay here. Room quiet, clean & comfortable. Amenities were provided & topped up daily. The towels fresh & clean which I'm very particular about whenever staying at hotels. Staff friendly & helpful. Free parking at front & back of hotel but limited lots. Around the hotel plenty of eateries, 15mins walk to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Night Market. 24hrs convenient store at hotel lobby. Cheonjiyeon Waterfall & Seogwipo Submarine just 5mins drive away. Highly recommended!

Great Location and exceptional staff but they need to replace carpets. Also had issues with door keys, tv, and shower heads. I appreciate the artwork throughout the hotel

Poor sound proofing. Could not sleep properly as the room next door was partying past midnight. However, room is spacious and clean.

Staff was friendly, helpful and time efficient. View was lovely and room was cleaner than most hotels and pensions we have stayed in S. Korea. Walking distance to many places was convenient.

Solo traveller”
Easy check in, simple and clean room. Staff is friendly. Enjoy the breakfast there which you can cook your own sunny side up. Very convenient as there is a direct bus to airport in front of the hotel.
