Great location - well maintained spacious rooms”
Really struggled with deciding on a hotel for our first family visit to Tokyo. We stayed for 10 days and overall we were very, very pleased with our choice. Extremely easy to get to all the main tourist areas by metro (closest station less than 5 mins walk). Staff were always friendly and helpful even when we checked in after midnight. A few handy grocery stores located within a few minutes walk of the hotel too which was great for drinks/snacks etc. Not a luxurious hotel but a very comfortable, modern, family hotel. Spacious rooms compared to so many other hotels in the area with the added bonus of a well equipped kitchenette. Perfect for our stay!

Simple + Quiet + Kitchen + Great Connections”
Located 1km east of Shinjuku (Y1000 cab ride). Seek out Ito Yokado 200m north for groceries. Calm quiet area. Shinjuku-Gyoemmae station 350m south is best connection; visit sprawling "garden" to the south. Counter staff speak very good English. We had two twin exec rooms with small sitting areas. The rooms were immaculate and housekeeping was great. Liveable space. Toilet/bidet. Shower/bath. Basic kitchen with some equipment. Mattresses were a bit soft. TV included numerous digital channels. The kitchen makes eating fresh food easier. This is an excellent spot as a base for exploring the rest of Tokyo while still having a quiet space for retreat. Book early to avoid disappointment

Great location”
Room was great- microwave, fridge.Handy for heating up fresh food we bought at seven eleven or family mart. Comfortable bed.Very clean. Location just perfect- 2 subway stops from the craziness of busy Shinjuku.You can also walk. Lots of stores, restaurants in area. Highly recommend.

Vacation stay”
Stayed 5 nights on our recent trip to Japan. Staff were very friendly , check in and out very quick. Hotel in nice spot 15 minutes walk to main Shinjuku station or around 5 minutes to local undergrouns also bus right out front. Good good size and very clean. Quiet location..Would recommend.

Everything you need”
Great location, close enough to the hustle & bustle of Shinjuku and gardens, but quiet enough to feel like you’re in your own little oasis. Hotel is clean and well thought out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

There's convenience stores all around, like 300 meters from metro line, super clean and has enormous rooms, very western. Taxis pass by all the time. Excellent hotel

Great hotel”
The location is great, theres a bus to the Shinjuku station about 2 mins away. Room was good, toilets were amazing. The station is about 15 mins walk to the hotel with plenty of shopping and restaurants and Seven Elevens' nearby.

Tourist”
Excellent location, very close to train station and Shinjuku Gyoen National Park, lots of restaurants nearby including Bistro Clover which we visited twice, great food and atmosphere. Kitchenette well equipped, staff very friendly and helpful, convient stores close by

Favorite hotel stay thus far! ”
The hotel is right along the main road and was easy to spot, though approx 6mins walk away from the Shinjuku gyoenmae station, it is still very close to the city area. There’s even a direct bus right outside the hotel! The room we got was spacious, clean, comfortable and very homely. We absolutely love it! Staffs were extremely nice and friendly, and very accommodating to our requests. We would definitely come back here for our next Tokyo stay!

Great Location ”
This was a lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and a great amount of space. Would be ideal for families. It was about a 10 minute walk from the sbuway.

Love this hotel, suited my needs well, cosy, functional, clean room. Pros - 10 to 15 mins walk to Shinjuku station or 5-10 mins to metro station - Kitchenette - Near to halal outlet for muslim (better make reservation or you wait for hours) - Opposite supermarket / near 7-11 & family mart - Near the big garden - Small functional gym - Friendly & helpful staff - Big room compared to tokyo standard - Value for money Cons - Maybe for those who do not like to walk to reach central

Great hotel”
Staying there for the second time. Both experiences were great. Stayed 8 days the 1st time and 5 days the second. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Super clean, rooms big enough with kitchenette and small living/couch area. A little bit of a walk to the main Shinjuku subway station but other stations are much closer. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 mins walk. Love this place.

Clean and spacious”
Slightly away from the main station of shinjuku but pretty decent walk to the nearest station and underpass. The staffs were very polite and friendly. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Theres the laundry room for use as well. great and pleasant stay throughout the 6 days I had

I’ve been staying here pretty comfortably for a several months. Distance…. the nice distance from the too-busy Shinjuku central ad well as the subtle distance between the staff and residents are making the daily living here pleasant while unstable and insecure remote working is still on.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The location is a bit of a walk from the closest station (Shinjuku Gyoemae) but it's not a far one. If you prefer to be away from the noise, it's a great place. The rooms are very large since it's more of an apartment style hotel with a kitchenette so it's great for larger parties. Maybe a bit much for a solo traveler.

everything you need to explore Shinjuku”
The hotel is close with a station only 500m and next to 711 so you wont be worry for getting food and drink. Each of room occupied with a small decent kitchen. So you can cook especially when you done visit Tsukiji and bought fresh seafood. There is other Citadines but then this one location I prefer more since not really in crowd area. Value for money. Even I extended my stay here.
