Holiday in Sapporo”
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great location with restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommended to anyone.

Really impressed with the service received from staff. Thank you. Location is excellent, buffet breakfast likewise. We had dinner in the restaurant and are glad we did. High standard of food and service. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about this hotel! It sucked that the breakfast and bar was unavailable due to Covid, but as soon as you step into the hotel, the aroma and the scenery is unforgettable.

Clean, great location & room was quite spacious”
Room was quite spacious, separate toilet and bathroom which was great for 4 of us staying in a room. Just 10min walk from sapporo station (snowy) could be faster if not snowing.

Love the location and facilities”
Simple hotel with awesome location near to JR Sapporo station. There is also a hotbath (大浴場) at the top level overlooking the city! Extremely pleasant especially in winter!

Great Hotel”
The part I like the most of this hotel is the spa and the size of the room is big, not like regular Japanese hotel rooms are small. the location is convenient to Sapporo station, and shopping area. the spa facility is clean and convenient to use, we stayed 5 nights and used the spa every day. would recommend this hotel to others.

Spacious room and superb location”
5-10 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious, clean and neat. Absolutely love the outdoor public bath (less the crowd of course). Not to forget the daily free drinks at the lounge! Highly recommended.

Stylish and well situated”
This very stylish hotel is situated not far from the central park in one direction and the train station in another, with an easy walk each way. We loved the accents and the compact but very cozy room (with excellent bathroom). The morning breakfast far exceeded our expectations - lots of different foods and nice setting (btw, Japanese travelers get there right at 7 am!).

reasonable price and cozy room!”
it's relatively inexpensive even it was weekend. the twin room was clean and spacy. unfortunately we had no time to go up to DAIYOKUJO. hope to visit again.

Great service, good location”
Staff were very accommodating to let us deposit our luggage 3 days before we check in (as we are travelling out before coming back into sapporo), and already placed the luggage in our room before we check in on the day itself. Very prompt with replying to our emails too. Location was great, just a short 5-10mins walk to JR station (we went during winter so it was a little harder to lug our luggage with all the ice/snow on ground). Hotel comes with complimentary drink to all guests but we missed this as we checked in late. Room was much bigger than the other 2 hotels we were based in for the trip. Didn’t get to try their onsen though, looks great in photos shown. :)

The only hotel with big bath around Sapporo station”
short walking distance from Sapporo station , friendly & English speaking staff , I enjoy the big bath after lot of walking during the day , so many restaurants are around to fill up your stomach .

Exceptional Service ”
This is my second time staying with Cross Hotel in Japan, 1st time in Kyoto last year .. Both time their services render are exceptional in the sense of helpful in customer service . As we’re in Sapporo for 1 night with another hotel n the next day we travel to Furano for a night before we return to Sapporo for our stay with Cross Sapporo, the front desk are obliging n helpful by keeping our 2 big luggages as we do not want to bring with us to Furano just for 1 night .. On our return to Sapporo for our 3 nights stay with Cross on 1 Feb 19, after checking in n we request for 2 lugggges , I was told it’s already in our room, small gesture do makes a difference in delighting a customer .. overall the room are consider spacious in Japanese standard .. clean n nice interior which is similar to the other hotel in Cross Kyoto.. Location wise it’s close to Sapporo JR station and also Odori Park, quite a few restaurants just a minute walk away .. Free drink at bar during happy hours .
