A great hotel. As usual with Japan the rooms are small but definitely well laid out and with plenty of facilities in the room plus available in reception. Great location, lots of charging points and places to hang things. Very helpful staff. Great location. On site onsen which is perfect for a novice user, also have a laundry facility. A very pleasant stay. The only negative is the hotel should enforce a rule to have room doors closed when in your room. We had a family staying in 3 different rooms on our floor and the kids were running from one room to next all morning from 8am shouting, crying, general being loud the parents allowed them to do this. Very unpleasant way to start the day.

Convenient location and friendly staff”
Just 2 minutes walk from subway with plentiful of restaurants with wide spread of variety to choose from. Public Onsen, washing machine, dryer, vending machine are in tip top condition. Rooms are clean but a bit small.

Prime location in the city centre, 2mins walk from Fushima station. Staff are friendly and helpful, free coffee at the lobby, free spa area, highly recommended!

just 2 minutes walk from Fushimi Station, the room is clean. The public bath can provide midnight will be great. As I back to hotel to late, couldn't use it.

The miniature architecture gave off a copy and welcoming feeling for my family and I. The small space was used efficiently and I highly recommend this for couples. I loved this and the experience and I would definitely recommend.

The room is clean and neat. It is great to experience the Japanese public bath in the hotel. It made me relaxed.

Excellent Location, nice breakfast, tiny clean room”
Location is excellent, 1 min walk to the station and two subway line at this station. Room is tiny but with lots of appliances including tiny back massage thing! Amenities are provided at the counter for free. Even mouth wash is provided which was really thoughtful. Breakfast was very nice as well. Recommended!

Next Subway station. Room is good size for two peoples. Hotel is new so all in bathroom are perfect . Will be my my choice to stay next trip again.

Good location and New hotel”
Sakae and Nagoya station within walking distance, about 15 mins on foot. Tax free drug stores and a great variety of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable as it is newly opened. Highly recommend if travel with kids.

New and super clean hotel”
The hotel looked brand-new, was located near subway Fushimi station. The nearest exit is Exit No.7, but no lift nor escalator there. If I'm not mistaken, Exit No.10 has a lift. The room was super clean, and the bed was comfortable and big enough for two person. The hotel had complete amenities. It also provided complete toiletries including skin lotion and milk, but you should take them from the lobby. There was a coffee machine on the lobby floor but you needed to pay 100 yen for a cup of coffee. We didn't had breakfast at the hotel because the price was quite expensive; 1300 yen. There was a coffee shop near the hotel, offered a "morning-set" for around 300 yen. There was also a family mart near the hotel.

Everything is so good. Location is great, staff are helpful, amenities are free, clean and comfortable. Just one tiny little notes, the public bath on 3rd floor, it will be so crowded at night time. Always at noisy atmosphere, if you go for relax and calm, pick another time slot.
