First time in Japan! ”
A great gem and location to go back to after a day in the bustling city! Love the location of Nishi Shinjuku. Very quiet and very safe. Travelled with another female companion, walk back to the hotel (even late at night) is very safe and the area is bright and clean. Also very near the Marinouchi line that can get you to all the shopping hot spots! Room is beautiful and very clean. The amenities in the room look like they are new too! Of course the room size is a tad small but that’s common in Japan. Fun fact, they provide pyjamas :) Staff are also very friendly and are able to efficiently communicate in english. Oh, do note that there is a 7-11 at the basement of the hotel that you can get to via hotel lift access. Would definitely recommend! Especially to those who’d like some peace and quiet after a day out shopping or exploring the city.

Brand-new hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku, good value for money, great bathrooms, close to subway.”
This hotel is a new member of the Daiwa Roynet business hotel chain. The twin rooms are an adequate size and feature very nice, well-designed bathrooms. We requested two adjacent rooms (one for our teenage grandchildren) and the hotel provided them. Excellent housekeeping and amenities. We only took the buffet breakfast once and found it fairly expensive and not very much to our liking, there are other, lower-cost options nearby (Denny's and Jonathan's, both a short walk away). We had dinner once and enjoyed it, we also had a late breakfast in the 2nd floor coffee shop and enjoyed it as well, both were reasonably priced. The hotel is close to a nice park and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government towers (free observatory and tourist office) as well as numerous restaurants in the Hilton, Hyatt and Keio Plaza hotels plus the top floor of the Sumitomo building. Nishi-Shinjuku subway station is one block away, Shinjuku station is about a 15-minute walk or one stop on the subway.

Super spacious hotel like no other!”
It was a new hotel, and we enjoyed our stay here so much! Rooms was so spacious, and there was so much thought put into every detail of the room. Example the bath tub had a timer so we need not monitor lest it overfills, and placement of the sofa and side tables so we still have space to place our luggages and still have room to walk around comfortably. Everything was perfect, and when we had to change hotels for the later part of our Japan trip, we kept thinking back and regretting not extending our stay here with Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishishinjuku!

Had a pleasant stay and appreciated the details”
The hotel was new and had a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and was well equipped with details I noticed such as foot massage machine, good quality pajamas and bath salt etc. i especially liked the bathroom as it was relatively big in size, and the hotel was in a nice walking distance from Shinjuku station (15minutes to have a walk after dinner). I was very satisfied with my entire stay and would like to come back.

Great hotel in a convenient location”
Very clean and quite environment within reach of two important stations - Nishishinjuku and Tochomae. Staff are very polite and helpful. They offered us free breakfast for our stayeven when we booked without. Room is alright for three persons but abit right for large luggage. In all a great hotel that I would stay at again in Tokyo.

Brand New Hotel ”
I stay in Daiwa Roynet Hotel on Feb, 2019. It was newly open, which is quite a surprise for us. It was obviously really clean and new. Staffs is incredibly helpful and polite to the us and location is not far from the central of Shinjuku, it takes around 15 minutes walk and we really enjoy the quite neighbour around. We stay for 5 nights in this hotel. No complain at all.. Room pretty big for japan size, very clean and well maintained, maybe because its new tho 😆It’s only 5minute walk to metro station and 20minute to heart of shinjuku. Theres 7/11 un the building which is very convenient.

Exceptionally clean and large rooms for Japan. The hotel is approx. a 10-15min walk to the Shinjuku station or alternatively a $5.00- $7.00 (AUD) Taxi fare. Taxi's are readily available and honest so very easy to get to the station. It's actually cheaper to taxi than to get a train from Nishi-Shinjuku and transfer over. The 7/11 downstairs was very convenient and very cheap by Australian standards. The bathrooms are very large for Japanese standards and very clean. Lovely toiletries are supplied. My only complaint is the beds are very firm but that is a personal thing as I personally prefer soft beds. There are washing machines i the hotel which we found very convenient but their drying function is not too good. The clothes remained damp. I would however recommend this hotel for his size, cleanliness and it's not far from the train station.

Very new hotel so the facilities in the room are very modern. Great size of room - even if you travel as a solo traveler, you have a queen bed in the room.

Very nice hotel. The staff was wonderful. Location was close to the happing area but far away to ”
Pros: Value, cleanliness, washing machines, and good size rooms for Tokyo. Take my advices no matter which hotel you choose. Request 2 twins no matter how much you are in love. Double means 12inches more then a twin which is against the wall. Vending machines were great. Starbucks and Denny’s up the street. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Cons: This a con for me. The hotel uses futon mattresses. I find them to hard for me.

Fabulous bathroom”
The view was great, the staff was helpful and room was spacious. However it was the bathroom that was the best part. The toilet and tub were separated by glass with a shower area outside of the tub. The shower area had a flat entrance making it accessible to young and old. There was also a rain shower head which still rare in Japanese hotels.

Thoughtful and convenient ”
My friend and I arrived Tokyo after a 5 hours train ride. Upon check-in, the staff gave both of us some facial masks to unwind and coffees for the morning. Our rooms size was decent (for Japan standards) and the bathroom was quite spacious. The location was very convenient, only 5mins walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station.

Good location (not too far from Shinjuku Center but quiet business area), as well as clean room and common space, and good design. The staff are sufficiently sophisticated.

A hidden treasure”
If you are traveling to Tokyo and considering a hotel, this is it. It is a stroll away from Nishi Shinjuku metro station. There is a 7-11 in the basement floor. Coined washing machine + dryer. 6 mins walk to a 24hr supermarket. You can book the limo bus with drop off at Hilton hotel. It’s a 5 mins stroll to this hidden treasure.

Very high tech hotel. Clean and staff very efficient. Location is easily accessible to Nishi-Shinjuku station. Nearby got quite a number of eateries and family mart. Hotel downstairs has 1 7-11 which is so convenient for us. Will definitely stay back this hotel if we come Tokyo again 👍🏻

We stayed at one other place in Tokyo and liked this place better. Roomier room, nicer bathroom, convenient (ha) to have the convince store in the lowest level, and a very nice finish throughout.

The hotel is located around 400 metres walk from nish-shinjuku metro, but a bit far from Shinjuku station. It's very clean and with friendly staff. There is a 24 hour 7-11 convenience just in this building level B1, which is really handy. The room is quite small, very hard to open two big luggage at the same time, which is very common in Shinjuku hotels.

New hotel, Value for Money, Surrounded by office buildings”
The location is just perfect, surrounded by office buildings, which usually there are only 5 stars hotel. Near to Shinjuku Grand Tower and Shinjuku Front Tower. It's in the heart of Nishi Shinjuku, about 500m from marounochi line nishi shinjuku station. And about 1 km from another stations. It's also near to a big park, and about 1 .5 km to Shinjuku shopping area. The room itself is bigger than average typical japanese hotel room. The bathroom is outstanding! Quite spacious, clean, with complete amenities. Breakfast is okay. There are options for japanese food and some western food. But need more varieties, so will be not boring if we have long stay. No shuttle bus to Airport. But you can find the shuttle bus at Hilton, about 500 m from hotel. The cost is 3200 yen for one person one way. There's seven eleven in basement floor. And vending machine for some drinks in the hotel.
