Good location, about 5 minutes walk from JR station. Room was spacious compared to same grade hotels in Tokyo. They provide different amenities for kids and facial masks to ladies. Forget the breakfast if you have to pay extra for it. Be prepared cotton pads if you need them. The hotel said they have facial mask in place of cotton pads🤔

Well equipped and proper sized room..Very kind staffs..Near to Station”

The staffs were very kind and helpful. The room size was okay for us (2 Adults and 1 kid). The location is near to station which has skywalk from station to hotel. There’s also familii (familymart) in the think park building. However, the buffet breakfast was not much choices bus the taste was good.

Very new and comfortable hotel ”

The hotel location is very convenient which is beside JR Osaki station, if you have JR pass it will be good to stay here. Hotel room is big compared to usual hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast is good we stayed here for 4 nights and they serve different breakfast everyday. I would stay here again.

Convenient Location”

The hotel is near to JR Osaki station, about 6-8 mins walk away, which was really convenient as we were traveling with an infant. Shibuya and Harajuku station were just 4-5 stops away. There’s quite a big convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building, and also MOS burger and Starbucks if you wish to get some food or drinks.

Try first”

The hotel is about 10 mins from Shibuya and 15 mins from Shinjuku. As we all know Japanese hotel room size is quite petit but it has everything you need. My room was not the smallest one I chose a bit bigger than the very basic standard room. Breakfast was basic with some Japanese and western I.e. toast, jam, scrambled egg, coffee . It did work fine for me but then that was my personal opinion you may not agree on that, then if you want amazing breakfast with fantastic facilities you can book other posh hotels which comes with a great price tag. Swimming pool and Gym facilities were not free as shown. They did not mislead but just did not tell it was chargeable. The funny thing which amused me the most was that the hotel they do not necessarily change bed sheet, pillow cases, dressing gowns every single day but at this hotel they do. It was almost like they did it by the instructions. I found this quite amazing I thought they were all clean and can be used another night but every single day I had new clean pillow case, new clean bed sheet, dressing gown. Staff very friendly as you can imagine in any other Japanese hotel. I would highly recommend it do try !

Relaxing!”

I really enjoyed using the gym in the same building as the hotel. It is an extra 1000 yen or so to use, but I spent almost the whole day there and it is totally worth it. Pool, free rental towels and everything! Only complaint was the check in staff that forgot to give me my breakfast voucher and I had to go back and ask about it.

a great place for choice will definitely stay again. It is easier to access the hotel if you got off the osaki station using the JR lines. It is located on the 2nd floor access there is easy access to bring your luggage

Very comfortable”

Everything is as expected. Nice room, big bed, easy to access from train station. This location is very quiet so it's hard to find food store open at night. Only convenience store and Denny next door.

Small room but great location”

Near to Osaki JR station. Very accessible to alot of shopping districts like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ikebukuro by Yamanote line and yet away from the bustling city. Hotel room were small but yet considered big for Tokyo hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay”

Hotel was quite rigid about early check-in and only allowed early check in from 12-2pm (chargeable at ¥1000/hour). I wanted to check in at 11am and offered to pay an extra ¥1000 but had a hard time convincing the front desk (and totally tired me out)... overall, the hotel is conveniently located and quiet. Many restaurants are found in the next building.

Perfect”

Great stay here, would certainly return. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Very close to Osaki train station and only a few stops from Shibuya. There are three large office buildings nearby, each has a range of restaurants and shops, as well as a supermarket. Lastly, I can recommend Hitosaji Coffee & Curry on the 2nd floor of the nearby Gate City Ohsaki, only a little cafe, but great curry.

Good Hotel”

I had the Standard Double Room which had just enough space for two adults to stay. The housekeeping staff members were doing well and always replenished the amenities and changed the towels. The hotel check-in counter staff members were also friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

Good hotel but disappointing staff”

Excellent situation, 5 minutes from Osaki station. Good idea to lend a smartphone (with GPS). Nice to have breakfast included in price. But problem with staff who did not accept to help me make a reservation for a nearby restaurant. "We are not allowed to use the telephone at the reception to make outside calls, even local calls !" It is the first time I see an hotel whose staff would not help a foreign customer, even to call a taxi. I left some item in the room and asked a Japanese friend to help me recover the item. She contacted the hotel and she found the staff reluctant to help : mails left without answers, very complicated procedure. Conclusion : a nice hotel as long as you can avoid contact with its staff.

Excellent Location”

The hotel is located within few minutes walk from Osaki JR station which serves a few train lines. Many places can be reached without changing lines. The hotel is new and clean. Will definitely come back.
