I had a job interview around Shinagawa Station so I was very satisfied with convenient location. Hostel is maintained so clean, staffs were super kind. Lawson is a few steps away from the hostel but remind that you're not allowed to have any food inside the capsule - you can use the lounge on 7th floor which is so quiet. You're not allowed to put your suitcases upstairs so you should put your luggage at the first floor. You're not allowed to stay in the building from 10am to 1pm. (even at the lounge on 7th floor, and you should put all your items you took inside the capsule to the locker, it's like checking in and out everyday) I think this rule makes the hostel so clean but it was significant demerit for me because I had to find somewhere I could have taken a seat until the right time I supposed to have an interview. Anyway, it was amazing experience using the Japanese Capsule hotel.

Great value of money”
This place is a real deal. The capsule pods are a bit smaller than Nine hours, but it works for the sleep and thats what matters. Just one minor suggestion to have stairs open, because the elevator is a bit small and can get crowded and have to wait a lot. Plus , no extra city ledger tax like nine hours.. so this is way better

The capsule is big enough that I don’t hit my head when sitting. (174cm, ~ 5’10) The hostel prepares cloths, towel & toothbrush. If you want to stay in southeast of Tokyo, it’s a good place to choose.

Excellent capsule hotel. Remember, you have to check out at 10AM every day, even if you are staying for multiple days, which means that if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, spartan but aesthetically pleasing, shampoo, soap, towels, nice tote bag provided. Capsules are reasonably sized but some may find it warm.

It's just less than 5-minute walk to train station and one ride to Tokyo station only so it's very convenient if you have a plane or Shinkansen train to catch. One annoyance though are the people offering massage in the street but I learned to ignore them so it's fine. There are lots of foreigner so it's not as clean as I wanted but still very acceptable. The capsule is not sound proof. I can hear snore everywhere. It's not for light sleeper.

Location is great near gotanda st, just few minutes walk. I think the locker room dan locker is too small. the louge room is geat i like.

Different hostel style”
There is something about the hostel architectural design something that is not the usual that’s why I had to experience it for a night. Located near Gotanda station (subway) and never mind the red district. The sauna was great after a day of touring, the staff is very polite.

A cheap no frills place that does the job”
Conveniently located near Akihabara and Shibuya and near touristy areas, great location near trains, staff can barely understand english, its uncomfortable to go out at night and you will be likely solicited by the redlight district pitch girls / guy.

Nice accomodation”
The staff are working 24 hours and it's good, they canged our clothes and towel everyday. The problem only ít's difficult to find hot water when we want to make instant food because they dont provide kettle and other kitchen set.

Uncomfortable Stay”
Capsule just too small to move around. There is an annoying unused box sticked to the ceiling which probably meant for the old TV. Very inconvenient as luggage required to be stored at lobby. Shower area rather unclean.

Stuff need to improve ”
The place was clean and the capsules comfortable. I got a really good offer at Agoda so I think I made a good deal. Showers were clean, for me wasn't a problem but if you are the kind of guy who are shy don't come here because you will have to shower naked with all the other guests, something actually really normal in Japan. The only thing I didn't like was this stupid rule about check in and check out every day, if you want to sleep more you can't! Stuff to be in Japan wasn't that kind as the level of kindness of Japanese people, one morning after check out I stopped 5 minutes on the lobby to plan my day because of the wifi and one of the guys at the reception told me to stay outside the building, I think this is too much and kind of rude. Anyway is a good place if you get a good deal and wants to stay on your own, it's not a place to know other travellers I would say.
