Just one word - Great itself”
Great hotel which is in the centre of a not so busy area. The rooftop hot spring bath is superb. Will definitely be back again. Free parking available!

It was very nice time to stay this hotel. Room and the bed are kept clean. Especially, the hot spa in the top floor was coformatble. Noodles supperd in the night was nice.

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning because of my flight but they didn’t let me in the room. The hotel was not busy and they could have accommodated me better had they wished. I enjoyed natural hot spring, super cleaned room.

Everything is good ! BUT..”
Everything was great !! the public bath was great tooo! Except there were too much other guest from PRC MainLand China, that may create another series of seriously annoying problems... Not the fault of the property..

Newly built onsen hotel ”
Very clean, everthing is new.. onsen bath on top floor fully equiped. Outdoor bath is perfect! Only setback is the staff attitude need further improvement.

Great location, but poor cleaning team”
The hotel is located within 10min walk between two train stations and also close to the shopping street which is very convenient. The hotel itself looks nice and is very new, however the cleanliness is not to the highest of level for a Japanese standard. I had to ask for extra clean-up after my check-in as the bathroom was filthy. The cleaning team also forgot to clean the room the next day even though it was requested to. Besides the poor cleanliness of this hotel, the main attraction and the facility which differentiates with other hotels is that there is a hot spring and a sauna located on the top floor which makes this hotel attractive to book. Also between 9:30pm-11:00pm, there is free ramen served on the second floor restaurant. Also there is a 24 hour 7-eleven convenience store located by the reception so it is easy to get hold of anything even in the middle of the night if you are jet lagged from your trip abroad.

Fall in love with Dormy Inn”
Probably one of our best stay in Japan. The onsen was brilliant, they provide complimentary yogurt drinks in the morning, ice cream in the evening and ramen in late evening. The hotel and room was spacious and beautiful. I'm looking forward to stay in dormy inn brand hotel again!

Very nice breakfast with good quality and choices of food. Free yakult free ice cream and even free reman at different time of the day for those who prefer to stay back in the hotel to enjoy. Good value for money.

Perfect”
Everything you need for a short relaxing stay. Rooms compact and clean. The Onsen was outstanding, a perfect way to de-stress and get over your jet lag. Have already booked for the end of our road trip.

Okay stay”
Least relaxing onsen during my stay in Japan. Soakers were really loud when talking and it made it hard to really relax. Staff even entered the fix a sliding door but did not address how loud they were. Other than that the stay was nice with a good location close to trains.

Great space for solo travellers or for families with great amenities and perks”
Albeit the location being quite a distance from the nearest train station, the amenities and staff made it a great stay! 7 eleven accessible at the ground floor without leaving the building is perfect , especially for winter. The bath area is extensive and the breakfast had great choices. For this price, it is definitely a great deal! Will definitely come back again.

Dishonest”
We made a non refundable booking through Agoda for the wrong night, and showed up on Saturday when the reservation was actually for Sunday. The hotel was full, but the front desk staff was very kind and said that we should just cancel through Agoda and they would refund the fee. We did this, and the hotel rejected the request. Then we called the hotel directly, and again they kindly apologized and said they would process the cancellation and refund the fee, and again they didn’t do it. Kind faces, but dishonest!

Best hotel with a budget! ”
Exceptionally good value with the amenities being provided! Not only they offer free ramen after onsen, it’s also the little things they provide makes me smile. The room is very clean and well organized, and also very new in fact. Parking on site is also very convenient and comparatively cheap. If you looking for a hotel with well managed rooms, high quality service and authentic onsen, this entire brand is the one.
