Really enjoyed our stay here. At least 7 mins to dotonbori and 15 mins to Namba or Shinsaibashi Station. At night there is a free soy based ramen and choice of alcoholic drinks, either soda, wine, beer or whisky. I do recommend that you use the onsen the moment it opens at 3PM and after 1AM if you enjoy that "private, on my own feeling",also feels good after long day out. Ladies onsen is has a complete amenities and there are 2 hot onsen, 1 cold onsen and 1 sauna. If you stay for long time (I did 5 nights), room cleaning is free but all up to you if you require it or now. You can also request a change towel ONLY service and rubbish collection. There is a free Laundry on the 13th floor but dry is 100 yen/20 mins. Also there is a chair massage 200 yen/15 mins. And, on the reception floor there is a microwave and cutlery as well as Lawson and Family Mart next next door. Also, THE TV SHOWS THE REAL TIME USAGE OF BOTH ONSEN AS WELL AS THE LAUNDRY AND DRYER which is always a plus when you cannot be bothered to go upstairs. I definitely recommend the hotel if you are looking for a very convenient, clean and "this is a chill holiday kind of hotel"

Very nice hotel with onset amidst busy area”
2-3 blocks north of Dotombori canal. Connected Lawson store is handy and one block further is the small grocery Foodium. 3-4 blocks north are the metro stops. Counter staff can handle most English conversations. We had two rooms: double, twin. Liveable layouts, minimalit settings, toilet/bidet, shower or shower/bath. The beds were tightly sprung with a thin foam layer. A bit hard; better than too soft. Rooms were immaculate. TV included 20 channels nearly all Japanese. Some digital movie channels would be nice. Highlight is the 13th floor (free) onsen with separate men's and women's. No bathing suits. Overall, the hotel seemed catered to Japanese guests, though Westerners will not have a problem staying there. If you enjoy the hustle and bustle and business of Osaka's Dotonbori district then this would be a very good choice.

We were here for our honeymoon trip. Room was rather small but the hotel itself is very near to Dotonbori Area. Complimentary hot spring at the top floor and free ramen & alcohol drinks from 9-11PM. Full Amenities provided and the room was very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back and stay here and recommend to everybody who is looking for the perfect hotel in Osaka (Dotonbori Area)

Conveniently located hotel with great facilities and services provided”
Near Namba and walking distance to Dotombori. Centre to two Train stations Nippombashi and Nagahoribashi. Good facilities inside the hotel providing washing machines and dryer for laundry, onsen for guest, plastic spoon fork, vending machines at common area, Lawson is beside the hotel. Room is clean, good size with all the necessities provided Will definitely stay again for my next visit.

The location is good. The nearest subway is 5 min far away and you could reach the river & restaurant area in 4 min. The room was not big but clean enough. But I wished there were a mirror above the table in the room. The hot spring on the 13th floor was the reason I chose this hotel, and it worths.

Great value ”
Fantastic service and staff. Spacious room and spotless toilets. Impressive! Also happy that you can leave rubbish out at the door daily and they will still provide you clean towels daily regardless no daily cleaning service which I certainly won’t mind! Late night snack ( ramen) was great too

We used the hot baths every night after our day trips and loved it so much. The location is really convenient. Our room is very clean and feels quite new too.

A perfect find for my first time in Osaka”
I booked this day of arrival from Kyoto and was perfect. Location was great only a few blocks to a train station. The onsen is small, but terrific and really helped relax me after a lot of walking the previous few days. Rooms were new and nice and even got a free upgrade to a double which helped with my packing before thailand. I would absolutely come back in the future.

Value for money”
I was surprised by the free ramen and drinks at 2/F between 9-11 pm every night for stayers. Hot spring was a bit small but you can imagine when you see your rooms. The price was just attractive. Front desk staff could speak good English. I even heard a staff spoke Cantonese and Mandarin. We asked the staff to make a booking to a restaurant!We have met a lot of people speaking Cantonese living here. Be my guest. Overall it was very value for money to stay here. Room is clean and tidy. Location is also very good. Just 5-10 mins to different rail stations. Highly recommended!

Value for money and Great stay”
Good location with close proximity to Dotonbori and Kuromon Ichiba Market. Room is comfy and love the onsen bath in the hotel. This hotel also provides complimentary free flow of ramen and drinks for supper. Good for those who likes to eat supper. Enjoyed the stay here.

Recommended for their onsite onsen. The breakfast was simple and good. Service recovery was also prompt where required. Facilities like washing machine，dryers, microwave, ice machine etc all provided on site. Very convenient and food/shopping options aplenty around the hotel. Recommended.

Awesome Hotel ”
I highly recommend this hotel to my contacts. Everything is perfect! Spacious room, great location, free food and drinks (perfect for a long tiring day), hot spring is great before a good night sleep, staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in a few Dormy Inns around Japan and we love them! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staffs, great location, excellent facilities. Nothing beats free ramen and soaking in hot spring after a long day sight seeing. However, we were disappointed that Namba Annex doesn't have coffee/tea machine available 24/7 which we enjoyed a lot when stay at Dormy Inn Kanda in Tokyo.

Great public bath place”
Location is OK not too far away from public transportation. Several stations are within 15 mins walk and Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi are all in walkable distance. Property is quite clean and staffs can speak fluent English. I personally love the public bath very much and you can always feel relaxed from the hot bath after shopping and walking all day long. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 2 nights and had great time. The hotel was super clean and was very friendly. The location was wonderful, too. It was easy to go to many tourist spots. I used youtour bus service which took me from airport to the Doton plaza. It was convenient!

Wonderful & remarkable trip”
We used the hot bath at 13/f everyday and took 3 days free noodles & drink at 2/f. Really like this inn and must bring my family & friends to enjoy here @ Osaka.

Pleasant stay”
This hotel was located fairly near Dotonbori so it was pretty convenient in terms of location. What my husband and I loved about it was the cleanliness and size of the space. We also got a free upgrade to the deluxe suite room which we're really thankful for!
