Very good facilities all new and clean. The room was very nice and clean good size. The location is fantastic right where you want to be in Sapporo. 10/10 for me

Service was excellent! They have free taxi service from hotel to the train station. Breakfast was great! Public bath, spa was excellent! Also location was perfect! I just walked everywhere! I definitely recommend to everyone!

Big deluxe twin room, loved the hot spring on the second floor, great service, free ramen at night, free taxi service to JR station. I would love to go back again.

High value for money”
High quality breakfast, free shuttle taxi to Sapporo JR station until 11:00a.m., free ramen from 9:30, many shopping places and Mitsukoshi just 5 minutes walk

Excellent value for money”
The room was as small as other Japanese Hotels, but this hotel was good value for money. Especially, the breakfast was great and the staffs were so kind.

Good value for money”
Location is good. Close to airport coach from New Chitose Airport. In the shopping street with lots of food and shopping. And i like the curry rice at Samurai which is at the next street. Bonus... The onsen and free ramen (supper) sum up thr overall experience. Will continue to choose the Dormy Hotels for stays in Japan.

Cozy and small but has everything you need”
The onsen was fantastic, comfortable bed, has everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful and great location, easy to walk to lots of interesting places.

Right on the shopping street! ”
Breakfast was to die for! Breakfast, if you like Japanese style, you will love the breakfast here. The room was really sparkly clean, Japanese standard. And also the usual Japanese standard, the room was quite small. Everything was quite compact, but then there are all basic amenities you would need. It's a really good place all in all, anyways, you would only spend the time at night there to sleep and go out shopping during the day! plenty of good restaurants all around, including izakaya.

Great hotel at a good location, walkable distance to main attractions and an array of food and shopping options around. Breakfast and ramen was great. Appreciate that there is onsen, though the water can be hotter. Room is small but well equipped. Overall enjoyed my stay!

I stay in Dormyinn about third time the price at first time is very good but last time price got a bit higher but compare to location is still a reasonable deal. they had Onsen which is free and open all night till 10.00 .

Location is everything”
The location puts you walking distance from the most exciting part of Sapporo, it's pretty good. The bath can get crowded at peak times, so just avoid peak times. The airport bus takes a lot longer to get to the airport than it took to get to the city so beware if you're running tight, just spend the extra yen and go for the train if you want the travel time to be guaranteed.

There is a small outdoor onsen, overall good but the room very squeezy, the pillows are too flat.

The location is extremely good with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful. The onsen was nice and relaxing
