Great value found through Agoda”
Beachfront hotel which in normal time would have been much more expensive but found a good deal via Agoda and ended up extending the stay.

It is next to the beach, close to the tasty restaurants. Great ocean view with cozy beds. I definitely recommend here!

Stayed here recently for weekend trip to Jeju. Hotel is very conveniently located near Hamdeok Beach. Staff was friendly and made our stay a pleasant one. The location alone makes this hotel an easy choice.

Jeju trip”
Hotel is right next to the popular beach and restaurants and bar along the beach side street. Great location. Room would have been better if it wasn't carpet and our room air-conditioning kept making weird sound which I totally forgotten to report it. Other then that i enjoyed my stay here.

It’s a really great location, right on the water. The beds were really hard but somehow comfy. My friend and I enjoyed our time there but I wish you could control the temperature and get more water for free. It was strange that the hotel is also the ArtStay.

The staff could be better”
I wanted to do an early check and talked to the one staffer that was very polite but he told me he was with Artstay not Ebenezer Hotel. When I waited for the Ebenezer staffer to show up, he was EXTREMELY RUDE, DID NOT GREET ME, and looked like he was in desperate need of a cigarette break because he had his pack of smokes out in the open. He did talk to me at all. And he spoke English so language barrier was not an excuse for him! After that rude check in experience, I found that my room's air condition didn't work. I didn't want to talk to the front desk people because of how rude that one man was. I only stayed here because I needed to be close by my tour group. Would not stay here again.

Great Location in Eastern Jeju”
Good place for travelers to go around the east Jeju. Its location is really good, so have to make a reservation on the ocean side. Also, the town has a lot of stores on foot, so no worries to find restaurants or bars. Unfortunately, the hotel is a little bit old, and the parking lot is small. In busy season, you can use the public parking lot, which is free, but too far from the hotel.

Affordable place to stay”
The hotel is located in front of the beach so the location is quite nice. The staff didn’t seem that kind and one of them even didn’t bother to wear a mask during a check in, although there are signs that encourage you to wear a mask during this pandemic. There were a few things that can be improved such as providing a soap container or offering a clean bed sheet

The location was really good as it was right in front of the beach and there were a lots of cvs, restaurants and other things near the hotel. the room was clean and pretty spacious. the only thing that was disappointing was that even though we booked the room for three people, they only provided us with two pair of slippers and only one big towel was provided, after requesting two other big towels and another pair of slippers the staff did bring it to us, but the next day after the cleaning staff cleaned the room, the same thing happened again. What also was really confusing was that the Ebenezer Hotel and the Artstay Hotel seem to be sharing the same building, tho they are completely separate from each other. Also keep in mind that check-in is pretty late at 3pm, which was quite inconvenient.

The management needs to do something about checking in.”
The front office needs to have 2 big sign boards to say “there are 2 company operating in that hotel”! I had Stand in the que for 15 min and just to find out that I'm at the wrong que because I'm booked with another company. Room with the view is very nice. But shower water has low pressure. The roof top is beautiful for photos but need to clean up abit with long grass and some rubbish. Or else it was a wonderful stay.

Hello, this is Ebenezer Hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently operating as two operators. There may be a lack of guidance, but we will improve it. Water pressure is not basically low in every room. We are always in control of the roof, but customers are always throwing away the garbage indiscriminately so we always manage it.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and they only gave one towel for two people to share. The towel looked extremely old and was very uncomfortable and hard. Staff were not accommodating.

The hotel misrepresents its facilities. There is ZERO WiFi in rooms. The exception is downstairs by the reception.

Our room had a spot of mold on the ceiling. The carpets were old and there was no air conditioning. We were disappointed.

the room was untidy. stains on carpet and walls, smudges on the ceiling. awful mattress! the worst mattress I've ever been! after sleeping, his back ached very much. no big towels! this is unprecedented, only small face towels were provided. no toothbrushes !! and this is a 4 * hotel ?? not. there were holes on the sheets !!! I'm shocked. the staff is not friendly. I came up to check in at 14:45. I was refused and told to wait 15:00. awful !!! only the location was good, the ocean was across the road, and the lobby was pretty. no more merits never go back to this hotel
