Probably the best 5-star hotel experience in Singapore! 한국인분들 꼭 가세요”
At first, I did not expect much because I read there were some renovations going on and there might be some noises. But WOW! Folks, good news the renovation is finished and if you visit Singapore this is a must-go 5 star hotel! Everyone was just unbelieveably friendly, always there to help :) It is located at the center so of course you can get to the shopping mall down on 3rd floor and easy to access to museums and MRTs. Waffles at Breakfast was incredible too. Special thanks to Amin at Front Office and Concierge team for always smiling and making our stay so much memorable. I just signed up an Accor membership so from now I will visit more Accor hotels in both Seoul and Singapore!! :) 정말 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 5성급 호텔 찾으신다면 페어몬트 꼭 들르세요~ 호텔 밑에 쇼핑몰이랑 지하철이랑도 연결되어있어서 아이들이 있는 가족 혹은 연인들도 쉽게 쇼핑하고 먹거리도 많아요. 일부러 호텔들 비교하려고 5성급 호텔 다른곳도 들려봤는데 확실히 페어몬트가 전 직원들이 엄청 많이 친절하고 돈내고 있을만 한것 같아요. 재방문의사 200%입니다~ ^^

50th Birthday staycation 6th Nov 20 for hubby Naser”
Like to thank Norman for arranging & confirmed my stay 1 day before our stay. Room is big, spacious, clean as can fit another single bed. Nice ambience & fast check out. In house halal dining was superb & delicious. House keeping guy staff attended to Room 814 was very polite & same for the staff who wheeled our breakfast to our room on 7/11/20. Asian Market Cafe food were super delicious. Staffs like Howard, Lee Soon Chye & the gang who attentively served us food & drinks on 6/11/20 are all so on the ball & awesome! Good service, good job & well done!!

Best birthday staycation ever!”
Stayed for 2D1N in Dec 2019, Deluxe Harbour King Room, with my boyfriend for his birthday celebration. The moment we entered the room at night (only checked in around 930PM), we were greeted with a stunning view as the curtain automatically drew open - everyone were in awe! The stay was awesome; the sofa could cater to all 5 of us (had friends that came over for the celebration) as we sat there watching movie comfortably. While I did not get my early check-in as requested, the hospitality lounge definitely kept me entertained during my wait. I wouldn't settle for anything less than Fairmont's Deluxe Habour King Room, and will definitely come back again!

Loved the spacious and clean room! ”
Loved the 2 nights that we stayed there with my young kids, very clean hotel and the service was good. There was also complimentary birthday cake & some fruits provided for my son as it was his birthday. My kids loved the spacious fairmont double room to play and the swimming pool.. It’s conveniently located near to Mrt and Raffles City Shopping Centre. The view from our room was amazing! Very beautiful at night! 😍 Only setback is that there was no bidet spray in the toilet, so it was inconvenient for us to wash immediately. Had to shift to the shower area to wash. 😔

The staff is very friendly. During check in time was fast although there is few customer infornt of us … the room is spacious but was not given the high floor room. The room is clean and neat. The high tea was great at antidote restaurant . Around hotel there is shopping mall n can get food easily . Will come back again . The check out was smooth and also able to check out at 1300hrs .

Had a great stay at Fairmont hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Took the newly renovated rooms on the other wing. Toilet is spacious and clean, love the bathtub. Facilities in the room is environmental friendly. Staff is friendly and efficient. It would be perfect stay if the hotel has a pillow menu as the pillows were too soft for our liking.

We check in on NDP day. I would like to compliment that the front desk staff who attended to us is really awesome! Receive an unexpected treat and even the staff who opens the door for us to the linkway always smile & greet without fail each time we pass. The team also surprise us with a delicious cake for my husband’s birthday. A bonus is great fireworks view as well- definately coming back! We are also in love with their suite! Thank you fairmont team for your superb service.

Complimentary parking”
All in all the experience is great except that i think the hotel would be more clearer on the parking..A 5 star hotel usually comes with complimentary parking,however i was told that my deal didn’t come with one…It was not clear to me when i booked that my package did not come with parking..But when i looked up hotels website there is mention of parking…Somehow it creates confusion and tension…It would be amazing if they can include clear highlighted info if a person package comes with a complimentary parking or not…I somehow blame my ignorance on this…Other than that it was pretty pleasant…Kudos to James for actually handing me out an extra ticket on my checkout…

Family of 4 on a Singapore stop over”
We loved our stay at Fairmont Singapore! Having stayed at other Fairmont hotels across the world, we had high expectations, but you did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived and were able to check in early after a really long flight, to a lovely birthday card and cake in the room to amazing customer service from all the staff for our entire stay. The beds were so comfy and the room accommodated a family of 4 well. The Fairmont is centrally located to all tourist hot spots or a short MRT journey away to others. Would definitely recommend to others.

From beginning to end, it was a smooth process and we enjoyed our stay very much! The room was really clean and location of the hotel was superb. It was linked via underground to many shopping malls and was very convenient as it rained throughout our stay. I will definitely be back!

Perfect for family and business trip. ”
This place is perfect for people who would like to travel as a family and and work in the same time. I and my family stayed here because the location. The hotel just located next to the mall. You can find everything here. Good restaurants, variety Shops and the supermarket. Plus it takes only 7-8 minutes by walk to Esplanade theatre. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. It’s such a nice staycation for us.

We had the best time at Fairmont, so much that we extended our stay! The room was great, service was great and love that it is so connected to the malls by underground. It was raining almost the whole time we were there, but we were still able to access all the malls around. Fantastic stay! I will definitely return.

Although there was an initial hiccup @ check-in counter due to a difference in name of person checking in, it was resolved. The change of different room category was handled well and my request for a Super clean room due to hypoallergenic needs was met to the tee.

We enjoyed our stay though it was for 1 night. Room was good and service was excellent. In time and exactly what we needed. Swimming pool was awesome for my kids. Raffles city is jus a link from the hotel if u need food or convenience store. Will definitely come here again.
