The best hotel for resting”
You should stay here if you come to jeju !!

Unforgiving "policy"”
Booked way in advance not anticipating an "act of God" preventing us from getting to Jeju (heavy rains closed Jeju airport x 2 days). They were unwilling to refund, stating that their policy of "no show" applies. I would have showed if I had a way to get to the island!

Basic, clean & good location”
Location was good as it's near many convenience stores and eateries. It's just about 10 minutes from Jeju Airport. Facilities were basic but clean. The beds were very comfortable and cosy for cold spring mornings.

Hotel is 10mins car journey from airport. Nearby the hotel there is food and shop available. Hotel is very clean & they do clean up everyday.

The location is good. The facilities and room are clean, though the room is small.

The room is not big, but the facilities are ok. It is near the shopping street and around 10-minutes way to the Airport.

Great location, but not for fussy travelers”
The location was great as it was near Lotte Duty Free Shop (Jeju Airport Branch), and the bus stops were within 5min walking distance for travels to further places. However, the hotel is not for fussy travelers as the room was not soundproofed, and the toilet lights would turn off automatically every 30mins. The power sockets for my room also had a short circuit but the staff was approachable and kindly helped to fix it. There was mosquito in the room as well although there was insect net installed on the window.

Very basic hotel but provide daily amenities change”
Provide toothbrush changes daily, 2 bottles of water inside fridge and towels too. No coffee or tea provided. No bidet. Love the body shampoo, shampoo and conditioner which is made of their local mandarin oranges.

Good location, clean comfortable stay”
Located 10 minutes bus ride from the airport, hotel is next to Sky Park Hotel, quick walk to shopping and food street. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Limited parking space, however there’s a paid parking lot in front of the hotel.

Great price to quality ratio ”
Nothing to complain about as everything was great. Very helpful and polite staff who go above and beyond to help you. Location is just steps away from the pedestrian street with an abundance of shops and restaurants (hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the famed Ollae Guksu pork noodles restaurant). Room is spacious and very clean and has everything you'd need for a good night stay. Being just a 10-min drive from the airport, it's easy to take the bus from and to the airport (it's actually walking distance if you don't have heavy luggage - maybe around 45 minutes?). Given all the advantages, I'm surprised by how affordable the room rate is. If I have to nit-pick, the hotel has very limited parking spots but just across is a public lot. Highly recommended.

Best Receptionist - Xiao Qing”
10 perfect point for Xiao Qing (receptionist). She can speak Mandarin besides Korean. Guided us to an authentic local noodle shop and assisted us with downloaded maps and timing of commuter bus - even after we left Jeju City for Seogwipo. Hotel is value for money, impt being spacious, comfortable beds despite room furniture being slightly outdated but who cares! Shower foam, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothbrush n toothpaste, bottled water, luggage storage provided. Hotel is up a slight-slope side road on the left hand side of Skypark hotel when viewing it from the bus stop opposite the road.
