Helpful Reception Team”
The best aspect of my stay here was whoever I met at the reception were very helpful. The 2 ladies including 1 Chinese provided as much information and directions to local areas. Room amenities; wifi, free water bottles, daily cleaning were good. Housekeeping staffs are also good. Cheaper room rate with basic room facilities. Location is excellent. Thank you BNB for lovely stay.(room 605)

Great hotel, but not sound proof”
It’s a clean and tidy hotel. Staff can either speak in English or Chinese, which helps a lot. Also, the location are great. The only reason I put four stars on value is because the room does not have sound proof. They mentioned it on the details which is the main reason I booked this hotel. But it turns out I got awake by a lot of noise from the hallway. But other than that, it’s a great hotel already! Will still consider to book it in the future.

Good location and good value”
Shopping street is across the other side of the hotel that you can see. Close to airport and right place to stay when you first arrive in Jeju. I am glad that I choose this part of town to stay.

Very convenient location, just beside a convenience store and the restaurant opposite looks very yummy (didn't get a chance to visit because we were too full after arriving). Staffs were very friendly on helping us also; will recommend to others

Exceptional”
Everything at its best from staff to parking lot, location and cleanliness. The only thing we could pick on was the bed. The spring was slightly poking. Otherwise, value for money!

A great place to stay in Jeju City. New facility with elevator. Near bus stops, convenience stores and restaurants.

Spacious room. great location. value for money”
Less than 10-min drive by taxi costing only around W4600 (3600 by meter plus 1000 surcharge for.. luggage or call?). Super fast check-in and out less than a minute. Lots of bus routes passing by Sam mu Park intersection. 24-hour counter though the luggage would just be placed wide open next to the reception without any security measures. Spacious quiet room as there was another door in between the bedroom and bathroom. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast as the restaurant was empty at 7ish when I arrived. No TV signal for 2 nights (out of 3) . Overall, it's an excellent choice for its price.

Convenient walking distance to shopping area”
Value for money, clean n convenient. Only thing to improve is the mattres spring can be felt when sleep on it. Have staff overseeing 24hours n hence it s very safe. On the left of the hotel has nice kimchi soup with ramen

We stayed at a family room which has no bed. The floor has heat so it’s pretty warm/hot in the room and we needed to use the air-con. The space of the room and location is good but the staff can’t really speak English and can’t communication. We found that there’s coffee machine and microwave at the deconstruct floor at the last day while the staff didn’t say anything when checked in. Last but not least, the toilet is weak. It stuck at the second day of our stay.

Limited parking”
Overall is good but the parking is limited. You need to find a parking nearby and your vehicle may blocked by others when you get your car.

The location is strategic and the staff are friendly. However, if you are driving a car, the parking is very limited. Our car parked in front of the hotel as permitted by the staff and being hit by the other car at night. The cctv did not show the car plate number that hit our car. We had to pay KRW 300K to the car rental company. It was annoying. The hotel owner paid half of the amount to the car rental company at the end. It was really a bad experience.

Near Airport and convienent for shopping”
Just 4000 WON for taxi to the airport and there are lots of shopping and eating around. However, the bathroom is not clean enough, we found ant when we were taking shower. There is no separte between the shower and toilet so water are leaking out after shower. The position of air conditioner is directly blowing to your head. As we are only stay one night so we still think it is value for money to stay.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good position close to airport, bus station (bus from airport), shop next to the hotel, shopping street near. No breakfast available. Fairly quiet location.

Small room for a nearby stay to the airport. 10 minutes drive to airport. Convenient shop is next to the hotel.

Moldy and unclean”
The moment I entered the room I could smell there was mold in the room. The air was unbreathable so I had to open the window and put the air conditioning to full just so I could breathe there. The room was also very untidy and the beadsheets were foul with dead insects on the pillow and the blanket. One of them seemed like lice. Disgusting experience, please stay away from this place.

No bathroom ammenities provided Make sure to bring shower towels, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Close to airport (₩5,000 taxi)and Hongdae-ish like area (across the street) with restaurants, shopping, etc. TV works intermittently.
