Best location”
I booked for a single room and their bed was surprisingly huge compared to others. It can actually sleep 2. The room is small as expected but enough for the short stay I had ( I only had a backpack). The winning point of this hotel is its location. It's very near Shimbashi Station which can bring you a few minutes away from Tokyo station (no change lines) and the Yurikamome line which brings you to Odaiba. Food is not a problem. Shimbashi Station has all the food you can think of. I would book here again.

CENTRAL TO SHOPS, RESTOS AND SUBWAYS”
There is a convenience store at the entrance, so last minute night snacks available anytime. Also beside the entrance is a well supplied drugstore with variety of beauty products, pharmacy and small “gift stuff” to buy last minute... (I bought different typical japanese portion pouches SPA- bath salt to enjoy the bath more, before going to bed) The staffs were all very kind and there were also couple of Western staff... There is also a very good SUSHI restaurant (jam packed ) just 2 min a way. Both JR-rail station and subways are 2min away... excellent location... Hotel Breakfast was also DELICIOUS mix of Japanese and western spread not too big but great quality!

The hotel was little bit old, but very clean and great location. They provided a wide selection of teas, bath salts, and skincare products. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

You can use the free space on the 2nd floor with various kinds drinks are free. It's perfect for work or breaks. The bath is an American style bathtub with a faucet that mixes hot and cold water like that.

Central Close”
Many places to see right on Ginza. Giant toy store a block away. Royal Garden is very close by. All are within walking distance and the metro is too. Very nice spot!

Clean and tidy ”
Arrived exhausted after being awake on planes for 18 hours, but we have to wait 4 hours to check into hotel because of “hotel policy” it’s not that there isn’t a clean room available, but because of “hotel policy” and for a 5000JPY bribe you can check in straight away. Very annoyed! The Person Of Islam Faith working at the family mart in the lobby is hostile toward you if you are Buddhist, so stay away from this shop. Very clean and tidy, bed comfortable, and the free japanese style pajamas are a must try for westerners. Room was rather small but I understand that this is normal in Japan and Japanese people mustn’t get claustrophobic. We chose this hotel as it was close to train. Although next time I will pay the extra and get a hotel in city center.

Best location and good value for money”
The location (Ginza and Shimbashi) is very accessible from Haneda Airport (Just one ride subway) and very close from subway station. Also, most of the restaurants around the area are opened until midnight or morning. The facilities are simple and good, however the single room only has one small pillow... I wish there are at least two even if it’s single room.

Very close to everything! From pricey to cheap restuanants, Shimbashi Train Station, Donki and Hanamasa Supermarket which open 24hrs. Room was clean & toilet are bigger than typical Japan business hotel.

Staying in Ginza”
This hotel is walking distance to a JR station and to shopping malls, toys stores, restaurants. Very convenient. The staff are also very nice & helpful, but the hotel’s policy of charging customers 1,000 yens for calling a taxi is a little bit too much!

Convenient location. Clean Room. For non-smokers, please choose the Non-smoking Room if available. We had to open the window to dilute the smell of smoke in our room. So, we still feel good with the room. Please note that this method may not be plausible during the cold winter season.

Vielen Dank für ihre Übernachtung bei unseren Ginza Grand Hotel Hoffentlich hat es ihnen gefallen. Wir bekommen viele Reviews das es näher an Stationen sind und das ist die Stärke bei uns. Das Gebäude an sich ist auch alt und eher als japanische businessman gedacht ist ,sind die Zimmer bei unseren Hotel keiner gebaut .Es tut uns leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten über die Zimmer. Best location in Ginza money can buy! ”
I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. The size of the room is your typical Japanese sized room so for one person who had 2 large suitcases and other bags, it was tight but manageable. I can imagine if there were another person, it would still be ok. This hotel's location is unbeatable for the price. 3 mins walk across the junction from the hotel takes you to Exit 3 of the Ginza Line (Shimbashi Station), 5 mins walk takes you to the Shimbashi JR station and Yurikamome line for Odaiba, 10 mins walk takes you to the station with Ginza/Hibiya Lines/Marunouchi lines. 5 mins walk brings you to the main Ginza strip. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!
