It was a very satisfying place for me to relax. The perfect location hygiene service has a beautiful night view. Hyatt, which satisfies my trip, was the best space, and I recommended it proudly to everyone. If I have a chance, I'll stay at Cheju Hyatt again

Recently stayed for a long weekend. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us but we were grateful to find out we were upgraded to an ocean view room. The rooms are spacious and have high quality furnishings. The whole building is beautiful. However after a day of sightseeing we returned to our room with the door wide opened, no employees or housekeeping insight. When we informed management, they apologized but did not offer a solution such a refund or credit. We told them we felt insecure and not safe and management was not accommodating. Very disappointing end to what had been a lovely trip.

A Memorable Stay, Hotel is well-maintained”
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained and looked rather new. The mattress was also exceptional, ensuring a good night's rest. I was pleasantly surprised by the meticulous housekeepers who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. They noticed a slight design flaw in the shower area and immediately rolled out a floormat to prevent the water from seeping out. One of the standout features of this hotel is the carpark, which has EV charging. This was particularly great for me as I was planning on renting an EV car during my stay. The concierge team were also extremely helpful, as it was my first time visiting the area and I had many questions. Toiletries provided by the hotel were from Balmain, which was a nice added touch. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-maintained, comfortable and convenient

Hotel is 10mins away from JeJu airport, although not much restaurants nearby if you do not drive but Grand Hyatt has everything within the building. There is a 7 Eleven, retail shops selling clothes, luggages, casino, heated pool and various restaurants. Frankly speaking it was cold when we stayed and would rather stay indoors than venturing out. Room is so far the biggest compare to all hotels i stayed in Korea. Staff speaks English but the only disappointment is the staff’s service. I only asked for early check in at 1pm instead of usual 3pm and a higher floor if possible, counter lady gave me a stern face saying its not possible and wanted me to pay to stay higher as I have selected a room that is 12th floor and below. (Shocking to hear this from hotel staff during check in. I dont know i have chosen a cheaper room i only know there wasnt any breakfast.) I told her i chose to stay 3 nights here instead of shifting hotels as I wanted to give Grand Hyatt a chance. I was angry I cant check in immediately and suddenly she said we have a room. The room turned out to be 12th floor with great seaview and planes taking off view. As a reasonable customer i am not asking free breakfast or super high floor. She should have rejected me in a more polite way. Its my first time in JeJu and her service left a bad impression. Even Busan’s Stilla Stay which is way way cheaper provides excellent service and always willing to help. Maybe its because this is a hotel with 1600 rooms. When i check in there wasnt even anyone queuing.

Wifi cannot connect. ”
Very disappointed with zero assistance render when I am not able to connect to room wifi. The staff was well aware of the problem but make no resolution to it. No effort make to compensate what the guest go through.

Thumbs up, Quality. Had a relatively good deal from Agoda booking. Booked a room and paid for breakfast for 2 consecutive stay. Happy to receive an upgrade to higher floors for unblocked city view. Breakfast spread was extensive and enjoyable. It will be more expensive if pay on site. Good for a min 2 days for the premium experience if plan for more days in Jeju. Will stay ay Grand Hyatt if visit Jeju again

Modern and beautiful hotel”
The hotel is beautiful. Room views are gorgeous. Room facilities are super modern/advance. If you are staying for longer periods, there is a nearby coinwash to settle your laundry needs. Gorgeous Korean food is all around the hotel. Cafes, McDonalds, Burger King is also nearby. The beautiful Iho beach is also only 3.6KM away, which is a walkable distance. Emart, Lotte Mart are just 5-10 mins away too. The Hotel's buffet has a nice spread and is value for money too. I really highly recommend this hotel!
