We stayed in 2 connecting rooms for our family of 5 for 5 nights. Each room was very spacious and clean. Generous stock of toiletries with slippers and pyjamas. The monorail station is connected to the hotel and there’s a 24 hr convenience store just outside the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but ate at cafe downstairs or at Diver city. It was a little far from Central Tokyo (about an hour) by train but there’s enough to do in Odaiba to satisfy the kids. We also took a day tour to Mount Fuji as there was a pickup directly from the hotel. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disneyland or DisneySea. Highly recommended.

Great location as near to train station, and many shopping area. Just 1 min walk from train station, Daiba, by connected walk way. Convenient as it is only minutes walk to so many shopping centers with eateries, shopping and entertainment, and the airport limousine goes to and fro, great one there. Plus points are the free shuttle to Disneyland/sea. Value for money, great! Only minus point about the service, we found water in both kettles (as ours was family connecting room) , not sure if it was not cleared by room service. Plus the connecting room door was locked and unable to be opened from outside when we first arrived at the hotel. Room service ahould ensure both doors are unlocked from inside.

Wonderful experience ”
We love this hotel! We drove a car and they have guest parking service. The hotel is closed to the metro station and there are big shopping centre around. The hotel is new and clean. Room is relatively big. It was very clean. I loved that they used Pola as personal care products and the bath tub has a view! Unbeatable! We will definitely come back to this hotel next time!

Love this hotel, Daiba area is nice”
Daiba is a very nice area, Daiba Station connecting Grand Nikko Hotel in one side, and Hilton hotel on the other side, the pedestrian level around the area make us very convenient to go around some malls like Aquacity and Diver City without worrying the cars.... a great place to view tokyo bay and rainbow bridge . In Grand Nikko hotel we can choose 3 restaurant to have breakfast, one is international breakfast, the other two are Japanese style breakfast. We stay here 5 nights, so we can try all... all is very nice. But if you come with children, still better to have the international breakfast, cause kids maybe can not eat raw food . Room is spacious and clean, nice staffs. There are also shuttle bus to Disneyland and other area. Some is free, some not. Limousine bus to Haneda and Narita airport also reach this hotel.

Nice location and warm welcome ”
Nice service , friendly staff We booked Rainbow bridge view room on the 24th floor, it was so wonderful to see the outside view from the window in the early morning. The Tokyo bay was very beautiful. We love the breakfast restaurant on the 30th so much, nice view and the staffs are really helpful. When we checked our, just called the front staff from the room, put the room keycard inside the room..that’s all!

Great for visiting Odaiba in Tokyo”
Get the Nikko loyalty card. It will expedite your checkin. Limosine bus from Narita stops at this hotel as well as others in the area. Easy walk to shopping malls. Also pier for Asakusa water shuttle nearby. Get the Yukitome day pass for unlimited travel on the train serving Odaiba. Visit to the Odaiba Onsen was well worth the time and got the Klook discount online prior to going.

This is really suitable for families with little kids. It’s next door Daiba station and there are three shopping centres nearby. Rainbow Bridge can be seen from the hotel and there is a beach within minutes walk. Hotel itself is what’s to be expected for a 4-4.5 star hotel in Tokyo, with decent size rooms; it’s very quiet, away from the hustle of Tokyo city centre. I would recommend this if you are interested in exploring the Daiba area or are in the mood for a slow-paced, relaxing holiday.

Great for people going to Disneyland”
Exceptional view of Rainbow Bridge over Tokyo Bay from the room. Great option for who are going to Disneyland or Disney Sea as Hotel is one of the Good Neighbour Hotel that offers Free shuttles to/from Hotel and Parks - Pre book with Hotel. The room rate is very expensive and so as restaurants but worth it! Convenience Store onsite and more restaurants and shops at the Malls in Odaiba.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!!”
The hotel was wonderful! So close to a subway station with so many malls and things to do around it! The hotel also had a free shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea, and had an airport bus service to Haneda! So convenient!!! Rooms were so big for a tokyo hotel!!!

Nice view and breakfast”
Stayed Rainbow Bridge View floor. All day nice view and thanks for all staffs kindness. There some restriction due to COVID 19, But we can enjoy lounge and breakfast at top floor especially. Nice food and nice view to Mt Fuji and Tokyo container terminal. We would like to stay every weekend for relaxing.

Convenient for Narita limo bus to hotel at certain times of day. No late night limo bus however so stayed at sister property near Narita airport. Joined their free Nikko program and gives priority checkin. Convenient for visiting Odaiba area as train station close by and easy access to all the mall. Visit to the Oedo Onsen is fun; get discount entry ticket on klook.com.

We lost our bag in the taxi. The lady ( Miss 竹田 /竹內？）at the concierge helped us to connect the driver, and helped us to get our bag back. She is really professional and very kind. We are really appreciated of her help. It is a super great hotel. We will definitely come back again. Thank you

Luxury stay 5stars”
It was everything we expected. Paid extra for the executive club room with club lounge access, and it was worth every cent! Lounge serves finger food, tea, coffee, drinks all day and even self pour alcohol and spirits in the evening. We booked for convenience for the last 2 days before departing japan. There is a free tokyo bay shuttle bus that takes you to all main shops, attractions and train station. And Airport Limosine right at the lobby door which we took to Narita for 2800¥ pp. Lots of restaurants downstairs but pricey. Dining at nearby shopping centres was really good and cheaper. Rooms without rainbow bridge view were still just as beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to splurge for a night or two before departing japan!

I wasn’t expecting this level of fancy, I paid very cheap and the place was amazing, the staff were very nice and helpful. I totally recommend. The hotel was very close to the station and shopping centers all around.

It was a nice stay. Close to the train station & convenience store. Don’t have to go far to shop because you are spoilt with 05 shopping Malls. Bring your passport along because some of the shops are duty free. If you are a fan of Gundam, there’s a huge unicorn Gundam near Diver city shopping mall. Free shuttle from hotel ( need to do online reservation) to DisneyLand & Disney Sea was convenient. There’s the free odaiba rainbow bus that brings you to shopping Malls if you don’t feel like walking. The airport limousine stops in front of Hotel (JPY520 per trip) Will stay here again.

We were amazed at the service, location and overall experience. We got engaged just outside this amazing hotel on the night of the Typhoon hitting tokyo. This hotel and this amazing area will always be apart of our fond memories of japan.

Great Hotel”
It appears out of the city, but with the Yurikamome line just outside the front door you are only 15 minutes from Shimbashi station. It is expensive but so is Japan, with the executive rooms giving you access to the pool gym and lounge we felt it was worth every penny.
