Nice and clean place to stay”
I was kinda annoyed at first due my friends insisted to choose this hotel and the rate is not in my budged, but, I ended up loving it so much It's totally worth the price. It's clean and the facilities were complete. The hotel provided large amount of bath equipments, bathtubs and refrigerator It also located 5 minutes from bus terminal to airport, and 5 minutes to train station. The staffs able to communicate in English too I'll consider to choose this hotel again for my next trip

Value for Money”
We were a g of group 3 families. One family with a 4yr old and 11yr old. The second family is with a 13yr old and the 3rd is just a couple (total of 9 people). I thought it would be hard to stay in a hostel with shared bath and toilet since we have youngsters in the group, but it all worked out. We didn't use all the futons as 4 in a room is not needed. We only used 3 futons so we folded one of the futons to make space for our bags. All in all it was really good staying in this hotel. Location is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro (7-10mins), but the weather was so cool that we didn't mind walking. Also, along the away there's Family Mart where we get our breakfast from and eat while walking.

No stress accommodation.”
I often go to Japan and always end up staying at this hotel to catch a flight, the next morning, out of Haneda. No stress accommodation. You check in, staff is very nice, and the next day you check out. Rooms are clean, and yes, there are very small, even with a double bed. I will stay there again, next year, if I land in Narita and need to fly out of Haneda, the next day.

Value for money & Excellent services”
The hotel is very near to Kamata Station, with convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson nearby. For Muslim travelers, the Kamata Mosque and Halal Turkish Restaurant are within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly; although language could be a barrier, they do speak English reasonably. When I was almost stranded due to Typhoon Hagibis, the staff provided their utmost assistance as to how I can extend my room booking. They also assisted in explaining the News Alert that I received through the Typhoon incident and also advised what I shouldn't be doing. Kudos to the management and the staff !!!

Affordable yet nice hotel, 2 min walk to JR”
I enjoyed the location, price and room quality of this business hotel. Kamata especially with JR pass is good location for both inner Tokyo and Shinkansen travels via Shinagawa. Room was very comfortable and clean, and did not have that humid smell in washroom.

Cozy and comfortable room, perfect breakfast, nice staff. 2 Minutes walk to Kamata Station. A lot of cafe, Japanese Restaurant, drug stote, shop, supermarket nearby. 15 Minutes by train to center of Tokyo

Value for money and Location”
This is a budget hotel. However, as a single traveller, it’s clean and tidy. Reception and cleaning staff are very polite and professional. It is surrounded by shops of all descriptions. Most convenient to train station and bus stops. For my needs it was a good base location. The closest station, Kamata (literally 2 minutes walk) is on the same line as Shinagawa and Tokyo stations. It is also easy access to Haneda Airport. Narita Airport is about 90 minutes by metro trains.

located between two stations and convenient stores nearby, facilities & room amenities were good, towel change daily, breakfast is 800 yen if you buy advance ticket, food was simple and fulfilling, staff were friendly. happy 3 nights stay ~

Good Value and Nice Hotel”
The room is big enough for family, eventhough it is a smoking room but the room is not smelly at all. So many good restaurants nearby and the JR Statiion Kamata is in walking distance.

Suitable on our need: Value and location! It's very near to Kamata train station, and near to stop bus too. Haneda airport shuttle bus stop on this bus stop. Very glad. very happy.

GREAT”
location is near JR Kamata station. Which is 10 mins ride to Shinagawa station whereby you can change to different lines to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku,, Asakusa etc! :D However, the toilet is a little small!

Competitive Budget hotel”
Just two mins walk to bus stop from grand park hotel. It takes app. 23 mins to Haneda int’l Airport, quite fits for the needs of early morning flight at the last day of trip.

Overall review”
This is a budget hotel, but, in my opinion good value for money. Staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms, single, are modest, but clean. Each day the reception rang me to ask if I was ready for the room to be cleaned. The hotel is literally 2 minutes from the Kamata Station ( I couldn’t hear any trains). Keikyū-Kamata Station is 10 minutes walk away. This station is 12 minutes direct into the Haneda Airport. You can take a train from Kamata Station to Shinjuku station (one transfer at tamagawa station). This gets you to the new Shinjuku express bus station. Buses to mt Fuji. Around this hotel is a vast choice of eateries, coffee shops, supermarkets, 7 eleven. Of course, I suspect the same may apply around other hotels close to stations.

Great value for money!”
The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Kamata station. From Kamata, you can purchase a JR line travel ticket to tour all of Tokyo. Great and friendly staff, excellent breakfast options and a very comfortable bed. The only thing i didn't like about the hotel is the bathroom, it is incredibly small for someone of my stature so there must be some adjustments you must do in order to use the toilet properly. So not recommended for a really big person. Will definitely stay here again though in the future!

Great Hotel, staff only speaks Japanese ”
If you do speak Japanese even at a rudimentary level then the Hotel is amazing ! The cleaning, and amenity delivery is all explained well. It's very close to Kamata station. Being able to leave your luggage at the front desk on the morning of your check in is so great ! They even delivered mine to my room ! I will definitely come back if I have a trip nearby.
