Excellent Hotel!”
We stayed 3 nights, went on to Kanazawa for a couple of days, and then came back for 1 night at this hotel, before leaving Japan. The staff were excellent, the room was super-clean. Everything about this hotel was excellent. Upon arrival at Narita, we took a limousine bus to Tokyo City Air Terminal TCAT (1,900 yen one way), and the hotel was only 5 minutes on foot from TCAT.

Fantastic Hotel ”
Totally ahhp and satisfied with Hamacho hotel,. This hotel is very clean, with walking distance to 3 subway metros and located in a very peaceful place where you can come back for a good quiet rest after a day out amongst crowds. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Frondesk staff went out of her way to help locate the place we wanted to go and was helpful in providing valuable info we needed. Will definitely stay at this hotel when in Tokyo.

Perfect hotel”
We loved this hotel in all aspects. The rooms were small but well furnished; the bathroom layout was great. The common spaces are really well designed, the lush greenery visible outside each window is a really nice touch to break up the feeling of being in a dense urban environment. The Ne chocolate bar is fantastic (try the shaved chocolate ice). We will be back again to stay without our children. The neighborhood is a mix of business and residential and there is a great BIY (brew it yourself) cafe next door that is quaint and very quiet. It was a great place to take a laptop, get some brewed coffee and food and work.

Great hotel, brand new property. The lobby, the restaurant and the rooms are beautiful, small but to be expected it's Tokyo! The staff were super friendly as well. The breakfast could have a bit of improvement. Aside for this it was a great experience. Very close to metro station and walking distance to all kind of places. Super chill, quiet neighborhood so you're not in the middle of all the craziness.

I don’t stay in this area of Tokyo often, but if I do, I would definitely use this hotel again. I travel to tokyo 2-3x a month. Super clear, near a number of major subway lines, quiet, great design. If you want to checkout more the older parts of Tokyo (akihabara, ueno) this would be a good place to base. Did not eat breakfast here so cannot comment. Otherwise 100% recommend.

Also, our hotel located near by 3 stations. It is convenient to catch the subway to going sight seeing. You are able to eat breakfast at restaurant at 1st floor "SESSiON". They ready for Japanese and Western style. If you chance to take breakfast, please try it. We are looking forward to meet you again.

Nice and friendly staff, lovely rooms (corner room). Quiet area and everything you need is just around the corner. Supermarket, restaurants, subway station... We definitely would come back!

The hotel was wonderful! We loved the architecture and design of the hotel. Great breakfast as well, would recommend getting it prepaid as part of your reservation since most Japanese restaurants don’t open until 10 or 11a (including breakfast places). The location was a little bit further out from the subway stations than we would have liked but was about an 8-10 minute walk.

Great location and hotel design ”
Loved the proximity to public transport and the 24/7 supermarket opposite to the hotel! The design of the hotel is excellent, staffs are also friendly and helpful. Only minus is cleaning wasn’t done that throughly.

A really nice place to stay with airport bus terminal and subway station are both within walking distance. 24 hrs supermarket is at the opposite. Rooms are also new and clean without any complain.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Hotel has a nice scent which makes one feel relax after a day of exploring around. 24 hrs supermarket is just opposite the hotel. A little far from the main shopping district but overall still a very good 3 night stay!

Lovely quiet hotel a little out of the way in Tokyo”
Pros: Beautiful hotel, great staff who spoke excellent English and were very helpful at all times, very clean with a good buffet breakfast. Cons: A little walk to any subway station to get you across to the main spots in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ueno) but worth it in my opinion. The room was small but we had expected that. If you are a light sleeper I’d recommend an eye mask and ear plugs as the road can be quite noisy and the blinds are not completely black out.

We lived in the corner room with gorgeous sunlight. The room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. Design of hotel is modern and beautiful. Supermarket and pharmacy within one minute walk. It was a comfortable stay.

Super clean, very new, excellent rooms, with nice and comfortable furnishings. Great, quiet, safe neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants, bars, subway. Loved my stay there!
