Unbeatable location for overnight layover”
Convenient airport shuttle bus (arriving every 4 minutes) took me to terminal 2 (where hotel is)from International terminal, hotel staff very attentive and polite and helpful, room was very clean and functional and pleasant aesthetically. Windows were very well insulated from outside noise, only thing I wished for was better noise insulation from the hallway. And toilet was a bit loud but hey I'm being picky now... Breakfast (not included) was very good too, with a huge selection of food and beverages. Airport shuttle got me to terminal 1 quickly for domestic flight. Definitely would stay again.

A night's stopover in Tokyo.”
We needed a night's stopover in Tokyo before our homeward journey the following day. Flying into the Domestic Terminal Haneda Excel Hotel was perfectly situated within the terminal, easy to get into Tokyo if you have the time and a shuttle bus journey away from the International Terminal for our onward flight the next morning. The room was a delight, spacious and well designed. We had dinner in the restaurant, beautifully presented, delicious and not expensive. We would stay here again and highly recommend for anyone needing a night's stopover in Tokyo.

Great hotel”
Great hotel if you are flying out early next morning from Haneda airport. I was worried about staying at the airport assuming it would be load with Jets flying over. However to my surprise I heard nothing. They must have superb sound proofing because we really did not hear anything. The hotel comes with many complimentary amenities. It was well kept and the staff was very pleasent and professional. Great location very easy to go shopping to Tokyo station. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short term stay.

Not your typical airport hotel!!”
We arrived after 20 hours of travel and couldn’t have had a more friendly or helpful welcome. The room was well equipped and most comfortable. We had a choice of several nearby restaurants in the terminal and an easy shuttle ride the next morning to the international terminal for our next flight.

Best location hotel inside the airport”
The hotel is best located inside the Haneda airport. Our transfers to and from Tokyo is at ease. You do not need to book for transportation to go to airport. The facilities are very good. The staff is very friendly and willing to help even though a bit of language barrier. I would highly recommend this hotel for people traveling to Japan via Tokyo.

Perfect!”
Perfect location! Walked out the hotel to security checkpoint, walked to my gate in 5 minutes! Unlike many hotels this one had plenty of toiletries. Higher end Shampoo, body wash, with a exfoliating towel! Excellent razors. This was my first stay and it will be my hotel when I come back through! I told my co-workers that they should stay there if they have a long layover, or just want a day in Tokyo.

This hotel is in a convenient location, clean, with safe systems. Polite staff, clean rooms and complete facilities. I came with 3 children. The hotel privided a set of necessities for the kids which was very cute.

The room was clean and quiet. I can take all luggage with a cart from airport to inside the hotel. They prepared all amenities what I needed and drink, too.

Great Hotel!”
Arrived in Tokyo late at night with my family and we stayed in this hotel. It is 5 minutes from terminal 1(international ) . Staff are very accommodating, it is quite despite it is in the airport. Love their Buffett breakfast , it has lot of choices and i love it that it is aunthentic Japanese food.

we had to book last min as due to the typhoon and as fellow service workers, I really really appreciate the efforts of the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They worked very hard and we couldn't thank them enough.

The staff here was very friendly & helpful. We needed a close to airport stay as we flew out early in the morning and this place was great - super close (in airport) and convenient

Perfect airport hotel.”
Stay first-class after flying economy——it works for me. This is a real hotel, not a modular econo-box, with a real bar and a real restaurant. Service oriented, good pillows, air con that is adjustable, great breakfast variety, typical bad omelets.

I stayed a night as my connecting flight was the following day. The room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious for the price. It was really nice that I could stretch my arms, legs, and luggage, and fully enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel”
A very considerate hotel which provide a lot of toiletries for u in the hotel room. There’s air con and heater options in the room. Soundproof too so u can’t hear the planes and traffic outside.

Hard to beat if you just need a place to crash for the night before catching your layover the next day. Reasonably priced and good with little kids as well.

Convenient location”
This hotel is connected o domestic terminal 2 at Haneda airport. We had an overnight layover so we stayed here and it was so convenient. Check in was smooth and staff was polite, would recommend!

Great stay after a long flight with young kids ”
Great location, staff, room a good size and breakfast was great. Although it is now a set menu (western or japanese) due to covid.
