Location location location! The hotel is a 2min walk from Shinsaibashi Station Exit 7. There are so many shops/malls and restaurants around the area and there’s a Family Mart in front of the hotel. Within a 5min walk is Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori is within 600m away (10 min walk). Check in and check out was a breeze and they let us leave our luggages too after check out. Service is superb. They cleaned our room and changed our towels everyday and attended to us asap when we had a request. Will surely stay here again when I’m in Osaka. :)

Worth it!”
Hearton hotel is in the right location, near the shopping and dining streets, but not too close, its peaceful and not too crowded. It has a family mart across, Mcdonalds a street away. Vendo machine money changer is inside the hotel. The best japanese pancakes are just a street away too! We got the small double, small but comfy. The room was so clean and smells good! I bring my own toiletries during trips but I used theirs cause it smells good, just like what you’d personally use. Water replenished everyday, you can ask if you need more. Will stay here again but will get the bigger room when travelling again with our son next time.

Booked this for my parents and they loved their stay. The location was superb. Although the room was small as expected to Japanese Hotels, it was always clean. According to my parents, their room was even cleaned twice a day. They also loved the breakfast. They had to extend their stay in Japan and I was planning to transfer them to another hotel but they didn't want to. They loved the convenience offered by the hotel. The Family Mart and train station is very accessible.

Nice location and comfortable room”
The hotel is in shopping area which has many brand and non-brand store. There is minimart almost beside the hotel. It's not far from Dotonbori near 'Gram' the famous pancake cafe and 'Tiger Sugar' the famous bubble tea shop. Interior design of the roon is really good. It's quite small but you have every think in it. Our room is Small Double bed. We are Thais and the bed fit two of us comfortably but it might too small for another one. We love this hotel. RECOMMEND!

Perfect location, very close to Shinsaibashi station, or a little walk from Namba station. Stayed for one night in a triple room, one bed was positioned away from the other two, which was great for us travelling with my husband's mother in law, gave her a little privacy. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Will be staying here again when next in Osaka. Situated right in Amemura - American Village, so plenty of nightlife, shopping and restaurants nearby.

The place was small but you get more than your money's worth. It was at a perfect location, near dotonbori and the shopping district. I was with my husband, mom and mom-in-law so we got 3 small rooms and it was a very comfortable stay for all of us. The hotel was a great place to rest after a full day of activities exploring Osaka. The staff were very friendly. Great decision to book this hotel!

Our room for 3 Adults was very Comfortable & Clean with all amenities. In excellent location, 1 min walk from Shinsaibashi Subway to Hotel and 10mins walk to Dotonbori Shopping Mall. Good Buffet B'fast in main Hotel building (pay extra). Leaving our luggages at 24/7 desk on early arrival, was no problem. Will definitly stay here again.

Pros: Great location (it is near shinsaibashi station; you may go to dotonbori by foot; great for shopaholics; you may walk to kuromon market although i would say it isn't that near; close to americamura; there are two family marts near the hotel) You will not go hungry as it is at the heart of shinsaibashi shopping district Clean room Clean toilet The staff are pleasant and accomodating; they'll allow you to leave your luggages before checkin or even after checkout so you can still maximize your time; and they'll hail a cab for you. Con: (Not much of a con though cause i guess it is normal in japan) the room isn't that big but everything in it is well-placed.

Hearton Hotel is at the centre of Shinsaibashi, where all the shopping and restaurants are. It is close to the subway station and there's a convenient store right next to it. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly smaller than I expected but clean and tidy. Would definitely stay there again.

First Timers! ”
If you are visiting Osaka for the first time, this is THE BEST HOTEL to stay in Osaka. Literally next to Shinsaibashi like 100m from it which leads straight to Dotonburi. 3mins walk to Shinsaibashi Station and surrounded by many high-end stores. Hotel is easy to find... right behind the red PUMA store building. Slightly bigger compared to the hotels we stayed in Tokyo. Downside would be... no Washing machine or dryer. The nearest Landry place is quite a distance but overall great location and very near American Village too.

Block away from shinsaibashi suji, osaka metro and americamura. . Theres a famly mart next to the bldg. Superb breakfast! Love the mackerelove the selection but they dont change their variety. Staff are all so accomodating and helpful. Size of the room is so small but its a standard. Overall, i love our stay. Tip:check nikko hotel osaka's airport limousine servce/schedule. It is the best way to get to and from airport - hotel. Will cost you 1600¥/way

To wit.. 1. Shinsaibashi Station is near the hotel 2. The staff cleans the room every day 3. Hotel stocks are being replenished every day 4. Near Donki & Dotonbori 😍😍😍 5. Great location, clean room and friendly staff”
Location is just across Shinsaibashi-suji and near Daimaru. Very near shopping and food area, there is a Family Mart across the hotel and Dotonbori is just a 10 min walk. We stayed at the annex building, the room was small but clean and everything was placed efficiently.

Good hotel nears Shinsaibashi Station”
The location is great. it nears Shinsaibashi station (Midosuji Line), and can walk to Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping street and Dotombori. The hotel's staff is friendly, room is clean and has space for open travel case on the floor.

We all know that Japan is a minimalist country,expected that their hotels are small,if you are 6 footer don't stay here and only max of 2 persons per room!Don't expect too much because it's cheap,but the location is the best!Just beside Shinsaibashi!There's Family Mart beside it and a lot more shopping and food!We love it!10 min walk from Namba Station Nankai airport railway!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is very close to shinsaibashi, dotonbori, and some shoppinh malls., and branded establishments. Very convenient as it's near the subway station and convenience stores. the staffs are welcoming and very polite. I especially like the fact that they provide sleeping clothes (Like a pajamas).
