Perfect in every aspect”
This hotel was perfect. It had a great view, nice garden, a hiking trail to walk in the morning, and a beautiful pool. It's everything I expected, except at a such low price. Since this hotel's located in the south, it's also very easy to get to nearby tour points. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju for the first time.

Staffs are very helpful and very willing to help every guests. Pool is exactly same with the picture but little small. however the view of pool is so beautiful and refreshing that it was remembered one of the best experience of all my trip.

Very clean hotel with excellent customer service!!”
Hotel was so clean throughout the rooms and facility, it was a pleasant stay! Their customer service was also awesome, greeted by staff from parking lot, and assisted with luggage all the way to your room. Staffs were so polite and kind. Made reservation from 2 different company and there were miscommunications with doubke booking, when I inquired, hotel staffs were very courteous and prompt with responding and assisting with issue occured. Their follow up service was amazing !! They were even avle to trace back call history and assist. I would rate this hotel 5/5 for their professionalism in serving customer with their clean facility and excellent customer service!!

I visited Jeju with my family and stayed at Hidden Cliff for 2 nights. It was really awesome experience. Nice room, cool view, well located :)

Nice view with nature environment”
I was very much enjoy my travel with my mother. The swimming pool was awesome! All facilities related to the swim is perfect! and swimming pool itself also perfect (it is warm water!) But it is quite difficult to enter the hotel due to the confusing road system and it seems to be quite dangerous to left turn since doesn't have traffic signer. It might need some improvement for other travelers

Thank you for upgrade the room and the room was perfect. And the breakfast was soooooo gooood!! Sadly we only stay for 1 night :( Really appreciated give us amazing stay. We will definitely stay at your hotel again and recommend to my friends.

The swimming pool has an awesome view! To be completely honest, I'm not sure if this hotel should be considered 5-star... maybe 4 or 4.5? It's a little pricey considering everything, but overall, it was a pleasant stay!

The view was absolutely breathtaking. Wish i could stay longer. The shower room was bit dirty but it was ok. Swimming pool is amazing

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting ”
It seemed that a few facilities were under renovation while there but didn’t really affect us. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the hotel pool and found the staff to be very efficient and welcoming. It is nice that you are able to get a variety of different foods for different price ranges at the restaurants. I would definitely recommend the hotel and it was a treat to stay in on our last night in a seogwipo.

Wonderful pool and beautiful trail”
The pool of this hotel is very nice. You can enjoy the pool even in the winter because they serve the warm water. And there's very beautiful trail near this hotel. Especially in the spring, the trail is almost fantastic. The small stream, many kinds of wild flowers and full of birds' singing.

overall, it's a good hotel, I saw some local wrote review that this hotel has 5 stars world-class service, well, I think thats overrated, but service is okay, and pool is amazing. worthy to visit because of the pool. Also, private jogging course is beautiful

I was excited but disappointed ”
I love travelling. I travel to more than 25 countries and stayed at many hotels. But I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars. Compared to all the competition out there in the hospitality business this hotel lacks in many areas. It may look nice when you take pictures at the pool but that’s about it and they also charge you 20 dollars to enter. The room is more on the older end and I always had slam my door shut because the latch was broken and wouldn’t close completely. The hotel room ambiance felt off and to be honest wasn’t worth the value of the stay. I consulted with my family and they too say that the hotel should have been rated 3.5 stars.
