Convenient location and comfortable stay”
We loved staying at this hotel! The room was nice and comfortable. Toiletries were also provided (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds, body scrub, towels, bath robes). In the morning, you can head to the main lobby to get some coffee. The staff were also very kind and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage with them while waiting for the check-in time. This was really convenient for us since we were able to go around Tokyo before checking in and didn't have to pay for a coin locker to store our luggage. The hotel was located in a nice, peaceful area and was a short walk from the Akebonobashi Station. There were also several convenience stores in the area (FamilyMart, Lawson, 7/11). We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Tokyo!

Highly accessible and clean hotel”
The hotel is highly accessible from Akebonobashi Subway Station. Just 2 stops away from Shinjuku Station. There is also a 7Eleven nearbly which is great for tourists to buy necessities at any time of the day. They also offer free coffee, tea, and amenities at the lobby. Staff were also friendly and always greet you with a smile. The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. It is also located in a residential area so it is really peaceful and relaxing.

Okay for the price. Location is a quiet place to stay and with nearby train station and convenient stores. Size of rooms are just okay for two persons with one luggage each. Place is clean. Staff are friendly.

Fantastic”
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights. Hotel is cheap and close to metro. Very accessible to the different parts of the city (i.e. Shinjuku, Asakusa, Shibuya). Room was bigger than most hotels in Tokyo, clean and very comfortable. Only thing was that this is a rather old hotel so facilities and decor can be a bit worn out, but otherwise is a perfect stay.

A gem in a quaint neighbourhood”
We had two rooms and one was refurbished while the other hasnt been yet, but both were really clean and that was important. Everything you needed in a room is provided and our stay was really comfortable. Location was great as well, so easy to access the train station and onward to anywhere else really. Can't fault the hotel at all, we enjoyed our stay!

Value for money”
Pros: value for money, near to town, convenient, friendly staffs, good amenities provided. Cons: it's a quiet town and there's no bars around the area. So if you're a night person, the last train to the station is at 12am. Aside from that, everything was awesome.

This hotel was minutes away from the Akebonobashi station which runs on the Shinjuku line, so it was extremely convenient. On the way to the station, there is also a 7-11. We were able to grab some onigiris quickly before venturing out all day. Room was pretty big considering it's central Tokyo--much bigger than the first hotel we stayed at. Full bath with complimentary toiletries. We saw all the staff because we would come back at random times of the day. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. Definitely would recommend!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower with lots of nice touches such as slippers, dressing gowns, toiletries etc However, the main issue for me was no storage - only 4 hangers on a couple of hooks but no drawers, shelves, wardrobe. You had to keep your stuff in the case .

Loved the location! Only 3mins walk from the local train station. Room is basic but complete with all your needs and with daily housekeeping.

Room is pretty standard and clean. Bathroom design was a little awkward as there was a beam just a few inches above the head which would mean someone taller might have to bend over while taking their showers. Location is quiet, near metro and just 2 stops away from the busy Shinjuku area. Some convenience stores and restaurants are also nearby.

No frills hotel with a good location and room size”
If you are traveling to Tokyo, smaller rooms are a norm. This hotel has a small room but can conveniently fit 2 adults with luggages, you just have to be strategic in the way you position the bags so you can still open it and still have space to move around. Location is also good as there is 1 subway station nearby (Akebonobashi station along the Shinjuku line), which makes it convenient to travel around. There are also several convenience stores nearby and restaurants you can visit for a good meal (Coco Ichibanya and a Tempura place). Several banks/ATMs as well for your cash needs.
