Good locations”
The location is really good, it's so close to Ueno station and 7-11, Family Mart and Ameyoko Market. The hotel is so clean and comfortable but the room is quite small but all of that is perfect.

Best location ever!”
I just found out that how close I am to the Ueno station (400m) or Inaricho station (150m) is even closer! The room is pretty tiny so it’s much fit to just one guest. Anybody with a big luggage (25” ++) might be a bit difficult to pack as there’s not much space in the room but overall amenities and facilities are quite nice, I think it’s valued money!

its nice and clean hotel, but too many chair inside the room. I wish they could arrange the room better so it will more spacious for the guest.

Everything you need”
Very nice and helpful staff. Small room but that’s Tokyo and for the amazing price and the fact that you’ll spend most your time in Tokyo was not a problem at all. It was still enough room for me to spread out all my stuff to strategize packing my souvenirs

Location and price”
The location is the best. You can just walk 5min from Ueno main station. Room is very clean. Toilet and shower room are separated though.

Awesome property”
Just a short walking distance from Ameyoko and train stations. Also, the room is spacious enough for 2 people. The room is full of thoughtful touches as any Japanese interior. Will definitely book this property again on my next visit.

The room is big enough that there's a bathtub and shower area in the bathroom. Although it takes 8 mins walk from the JR station, this comfortable room can let us to have a great sleep. Just one point is not good enough which is the TV screen is dark and cannot be adjusted.

Great location”
The location of this hotel is great,only a short walk to Ueno station which makes it convenient if you intend to make a day trip to the surroundings of Tokyo. Ameyoko market is located nearby which you can get cheap shopping there. The hotel also offers cheap breakfast at only 500yen per set! Size wise the room is pretty average.

Didn't like the shower, hard to find shower light. Small table to work with pc...bit different compared to other , but its cheap. Not my type , so wont be staying again.

Just a place to stay ”
We stayed there for 2 nights and already know about the tiny room. I am still not used to the bathroom and felt a bit catastrophic. The reception was slow in response. I wrote to them to enquire whether I can keep my luggage with them while I travel out of Tokyo. I only got the response only after we left Tokyo. The distance from station seems a bit far. If you have luggages, look for exit to street level. Centre exit is the easiest to identify with escalator though Iriya exit might be the nearest (escalator not working when we arrived). After at Street level, turn left and keep walking till you see a Family Mart opposite the road. Cross the the road and walk towards Family Mart. Keep walking and the hotel is on your left. Maruetsu 24hrs supermarket is a few minutes walk. You need to walk a bit back to station if you would like to do some shopping at Ameyocho. If you just want a stay this might be the budget option and the hotel is new. Do not expect anything more and there is no heater in the room.
