Nice place! ”

This is a lovely hotel which let me feel back to European :-) We were very luck to get the room upgrade. Nice view, big room and comfort decoration. The restaurant for breakfast is also very beautiful. It was really a wonderful experience to stay in Hotel Francs. I'll highly recommend you to stay in this Hotel!

Nice and Convenience Hotel”

It's near JR Kaihimmakuhari Station around 7mins, near Makuhari Messe about 5 mins. There's a limousine bus stop to Narita or Haneda airport in front of the hotel, you may purchase bus ticket from the hotel. Room is clean and air con control by yourself, a multi charges inside room, although no hot water pot, a bottle of water is provided. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

the room was comfort. and so the bathroom. we got free water bottle only at check in ( they serve only once not everyday ). the plus point was if you are going to narita/from narita there is shuttle bus (900¥) stopped just in front this hotel. you can booked at receptionist and they were very helpfull. the hotel location itself was behind mitsui outlet and near kaihimmakuhari park and station.

Hotel location is good ! Near to misui outlet, mall and train station , a lot of food and 24 hours store, around 25 minutes by train to Disney land station (maihama) & 45 minutes to Tokyo , the hotel staff were polite , only dissatisfied the bedroom was smaller , over all was okay

The hair dryer is terrible! It took me 20-25 minutes to dry out my chest-long hair. Definitely a minus to the room. And the room is quite small. But it is a great option if you are there to visit the exhibition. Only ten-minute walk to the venue. Breakfast menu was the same during my three-day stay, but was of variety and delicious.

Very good hotel”

Great location, good value for money, attentive staff, room ok (a little tired). Only let down was there was no gym but reception pointed me in the direction of a local one. Mitsui outlet mall right next door so I got some real bargains.

Hotel Francs”

Very nice hotel, room too small however. Checkin and out quick and efficient. Staff very kind and nice. Breakfast menu rather average, looks like diner leftovers from previous day (who eats gnocchi and ice cream for breakfast??). Many places to eat nearby. Close to JR and bus station.

Vintage, French-themed hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance (8 minutes) to an MRT station and mall. Also 15 minutes walk from a huge Aeon Mall. Breakfast was alright - common like most hotels. Our room was rather vintage but clean.

Brilliant”

On our Disneyland & Disneysea trip, we stayed at Francs Hotel because it is close to train station (20 minutes ride to Disney). We got good price from Agoda for a great stay. The hotel seemed to be of age, judging from the furniture in the room was old fashioned BUT everything was excellent, clean and tidy. The hotel style was rather European. The room was rather tiny, as many Japan rooms are, but sufficient for the two of us. The staffs were friendly and helpful. On our last day, we booked breakfast for two. It was great!

wonderful breakfast, location is near kaihimmakuri, cinema and mitsui outlet. ocean view is great as you can smell the wind breeze from your room. nice amenity kit, in addition they have face soap. wish to stay here again when i get back next year

i want to stay longer but weekends have high prices. i will surely stay here again when i go back to japan dec 2018, wish i get discounted prices by then :) lovely breakfast and nice staffs. i love the air from the sea, view is amazing. outlet nearby has good discounts

Night stay after Disney”

Choose a close hotel after end of Disney trip,, and found out this place is not near close, the staff is great, it is clean too, but the room was too small. Other than that, it's all good, breakfast is really nice

Hotel near to Premium outlet & Disneyland”

Behind the hotel is Mitsui Premium Outlet and in front hotel there bus station to Heneda / Narita Airport. Hotel and the JR station just 7 mins walk and from the JR station go to Disneyland take 25mins. Hotel breakfast was great and hotel staff are friendly. I was happy to stay here as I been given sea view room so there a great view from my room

Great hotel”

Rooms are quite small (but rather typical for hotels in Tokyo), location is great as there is a direct bus to/from Airport. Lots of good restaurant around, less than 5 minutes walk to JR station and outlet stores for those who have money to spend. ~20 mins away from Disneyland/Disneysea, and as usual, 10mins walk to the park/beach, the big mall is about 20mins walk (good walk if you're in Japan on cold weather) and hotel staffs are very polite and helpful (also typical in Japan). Would love to come to this hotel.

Great location”

Only a couple of train stops to Disney world, but right next to huge factory outlets some awesome deals from Asics, Adidas etc cheap eating at restaurants. Only 10 minutes walk to biggest shopping malls we have ever seen a must visit to pet mall! Breakfast at hotel was great vending machines every floor level and less than 500 metres to train station , would definitely stay again, so much better than city of Tokyo and half the price and so easy to scoot back into town to see sights like we did.

We stayed one night for DISNEY SEA visit. 15-20mins by train to TDS/TDL. 5mins walk frontage nearest station and there is also a huge outlet shopping mall near the station. Hotel provide welcome fruits (bananas, oranges and etc). Room clean and quiet. Staff nice. Good for stay to visit Disney resort.

Central Location ”

We stayed here because the hotel advertise as a Disney Hotel - be aware that it is located about 20 minutes away on the JR Line. Short walk to the station. This is a business hotel so be prepared if you are travelling with Children. Close to outlet shopping such as Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, Adidas etc. Breakfast "buffet" was very limited choices and staff hover over you if you attend late, as they want to pack up. Very friendly and attentive staff. Not much really in the area if you are staying for adventure. Clean hotel however and quite comfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Francs. It was really accessible from the airport - there's a bus that brings you straight to the hotel for 900Yen. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the conference location. Walk a little further and there are lots of dining options, from Italian to Japanese cuisines. There are a couple of shopping areas (plus two factory outlet buildings), as well as a cinema and arcade nearby. There was a great view of the sea from the 11th floor. The room was of a comfortable size. Drink vending machines are available in the lobby and on every floor.
