Everything is good, I stay during Tokyo Auto Salon, it was just 5 minutes walk to Makuhari Messe, Check in and check out was fast, Room very clean and staff very friendly. Location is opposite Mitsui Outlet Park and they have shuttle bus to Haneda and Narita Airport. Breakfast not recomended.

A little far from the main Tokyo attractions but a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet location to stay with everything you need nearby. There's an outlet literally right outside the hotel and an aeon nearby. Staff were accommodating. Hotel was a little on the old side but considering everything else, was a good stay.

Very close to Mitsui Outlet shop. However it is expensive for 10,000 yen per night but since it is holiday I understand. My first night I was not able to sleep well becauses of smelly sheets but my 2nd night was awesome after the sheets were changed. 三井アウトレットショップにとても近い。 ただ一泊一万円と高額ですが、お正月なのでわかります。 1泊目はベッドカバーの臭いでぐっすり眠れませんでしたが、2泊目は交換後は最高でした。

I didn’t notice I booked a smoking room. The smell was terrible in the corridor and even the room. Even though we didn’t smoke in the room for 3 days, the smell was still terrible when we checked out. I guess their air con system could already be contaminated.

Twilight zone”
We needed a hotel due to a missed connection from a late flight. This was one of the closest to Narita we could find, *everything* was booked up nearby. This hotel felt like its prime was in the 90s, but it was very clean as per usual Japanese standards. Very close to a mall and station with lots of food. Wouldn’t stay again unless I had to, but it's fine if you have to be in the area.

Great location and short walk to Makuhari Messe. Rooms need to be renovated. Tub was loose and constantly shifting when taking shower. Bed comforters had stains on them and walls had patch work paint jobs.

Its very convenience, within walking distance to train station which can bring you to Disneyland, and other parts of Tokyo. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The waitress at Japanese Restaurant try their very hard, with limited proficiency in English and using sign language, to ensure that we know how to eat and enjoy the food we ordered.

The price of staying for two night is excellent. It is obvious that they update most of the facilities, although the building and inside of it are a little old, but i like the atmosphere

6 stations from disneyland”
Easy access through airport shuttle bus. 900 yen per pax. We chose this hotel cause it's close to Disneyland and we need extra beds for our child. Room was clean, and they are kind enough to give us a bigger room to fit in the baby cot. Nearby a lot of delicious eateries, and mitsui shopping outlets designed similar to the American premier outlets. Very good deal for certain items especially sporting items.

Staying at Tokyo area”
the location is good, a bit far away from Tokyo city area but close to train station and easy access to food. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Value for money
