Small but Clean”
Although the location is out of city area, but near Kasai station, near airport direct pick up area. Although the room space is small but good enough to couple and small luggages. I like this hotel good quality facilities.

We request for twin bed, after we arrived, they told us that our room cannot accept 2 bed, If hotel.com, they will let us know this situation before we arrived, but agoda or the hotel didn't let us know, I think agoda should alert the hotel and understand the customers request before they visit the hotel

Very clean and comfortable”
Room is very clean and comfortable. Provided drinks for guests at lobby waiting room. Very near train station. Nearby with some shops, restaurants, 24 hours supermarkets etc. Can do some shopping at night.

Clean and friendly staff. Room space are small no space to open luggage. Near bus stop. Free coffee at lobby.

My go to”
Have stayed here many times and has still been my go to place of stay to just be near Disney and the convenience of almost everything. One big thing since I was with my elderly mother and my 4 yr old was our flight came in at 10am so we had a lot of time to explore. We asked if we can leave our luggage in the lounge area and they happily assisted and agreed. Do wish they still the Handy helper phone because sometimes as tourists we don’t have WiFi access all the time it actually helps to get around. Staff just was stern when I asked nicely wondering about it. In addition, around the time we came back in the evening and just requesting for just one clean sheet they said they don’t do it in the evening. One gentlemen did come in the evening and tried to help us but wasn’t sure if the blanket he gave me was clean or recently washed. We still appreciate the place just wished it still was consist on what I first knew it was to be when it was just newly opened.

Small but good location!”
The room is small but clean, only 1 luggage can open at one time, so me and my siblings take turns to open our luggages. But it’s near the Metro and there’s direct bus to Disneyland/Sea, which is good. :)

I checked in late at night, unfortunately the room not prepared. No towels, bed & pillow sheets.

(Based on my experience) i checked-in late at night but my room was still unprepared with lack of towels and no bed & pillow sheets.

Awful experience! ”
The location though close to the train station is too far from any points of interest. You will waste 3 hours back and forth commuting to city center and even to Makuhari Messe for any conventions or trade show you need to attend. Hotel policy is rigid, no cancellation even after staying two nights should you choose to cancel. Check out time is 10 am strictly -where on earth does a hotel make you check out at 10 am? And if you request for late checkout, strictly 20 mins or they will charge you extra! The staff will smile at you but they are not helpful! The bed spread was filthy and stained upon checkin..had to request for a full housekeeping service. What’s even worse is that they charge 35-40% more compared to other similar hotels with better location! Never again! Avoid at all costs!

Cheap and good location”
However, the rooms were not that clean. My room had lots of stains and hair in my bathtub and coffee cup had stains. People with OCD best not to stay here. The room is small for 2 people. My husband and I were okay tho, probably not ideal for tall and big people with lots of luggage. Best to have a backpack or small luggage.

Best Hotel for families”
We went there after we visited disney. The place itself relaxes your feeling that you are taken cared of. My children were so happy because of the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. I highly recommend this for foreigners visiting Japan.
