Central location in Jeju, the largest and central city of the beautiful island of Jeju. The city is well-groomed and interesting from the departure point of the airport, a convenient half-hour's walk from the hotel. The hotel has a free shuttle from and to the airport, but the hotel must be arranged in advance. The hotel room: spacious and very clean. Refrigerator and kettle. The staff: courteous, efficient and very helpful in warmth and smile. When I booked a room, they sent me back an email with the shuttle bus confirmation and precise instructions accompanied by photographs, where to wait for the minibus and how to identify it. Breakfast: As Israelis like, very rich and special. Combines traditional menu with Western. מיקום מרכזי בג'ג'ו , העיר הגדולה והמרכזית של האי ג'ג'ו היפה. העיר מטופחת ומעניינת כבר מנקודת היציאה של נמל התעופה שממוקם במרחק חצי שעה הליכה נוחה מהמלון. למלון יש שאטל בחינם מנמל התעופה ואליו אבל יש לתאם את הנסיעה עם המלון מראש . החדר במלון: מרווח ונקי להפליא. בחדר מקרר וקומקום . הצוות: אדיב , יעיל ומסייע מאוד בחום ובחיוך. כאשר בצעתי הזמנת חדר, הם שלחו לי חזרה דוא"ל עם אישור ההסעה בשאטל והוראות מדויקות מלוות בצילומים , היכן להמתין למיניבוס וכיצד לזהות אותו. ארוחת בוקר: כמו שישראלים אוהבים, עשירה מאוד ומיוחדת. משלבת תפריט מסורתי עם מערבי.

Excellent stay”
Beds were comfortable, room was always neat and clean, provide water everyday, toiletries are excellent, and the best part is the LG steamer in the room 💙 The location is near everything u need in a city, food, shopping and even just five mins drive from lotte mart. The only grouse is that we visited in beginning winter and the aircon was suddenly turned off after midnight one day, and i woke up in sweat. Thankfully theres a window for cold air. Called the reception who tried his best to explain that only heater will be on during winter. Room can get abit stuffy but subsequently we opened the window it was fine. Also when we arrived on the first day, front desk was insistent that check in time was strictly 3pm on. We had to loiter around and even at 230pm werent allowed to check in. Some flexibility might be helpful. Aside, therewas a lady trainee at the front desk who diligently google translated our english into korean so she could assist. Thumbs up! I would stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable room with excellent service”
We stayed here on 28th - 31st Dec 2018, and was please right from start till the end. Our flight was unfortunately delayed from Seoul due to weather and I had actually prebooked the complimentary hotel shuttle pick up from airport so I sent a message through Agoda to check out if my pick up could be re-arranged and Ms Hyo-Jin Kim of the reservations team was very prompt and assisted me to rearrange the pick up which definitely helped us alot as when we finally arrived in Jeju, there was a long taxi queue and we managed to skip all this thanks to Kim's assistance. Upon arrival at hotel, the front office also knew who we were already and was well prepared to receive us so clearly the driver also assisted in the communication and that gave us a very impressive and comfortable reception. Once we entered the room, wow was it spacious and comfortable too, plus the location is centralized with many shops and eateries in the vicinity. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Best hotel to stay in Jeju”
The hotel provides free shuttle service to and fro from the airport. The staff at the receptionist were very friendly and courteous, they greet us every morning as soon as we came out from the lift. Hotel room was spacious and very clean. Location was also superb as it was near to the shopping district area with a lot of notable brands and lots of eating places, all about 5 - 7 mins walk away from the hotel. There are a lot of convenience store nearby too, we spotted at least 3 different kinds about 1 - 2 mins walk away. If you were to cross the road and walk inside the lane, you will be able to spot a self laundering service too. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel next time we are in Jeju.

Center of everything! ”
I didn’t plan this Jeju trip in advance and therefore relied on the extensive public bus to get to places like Seongsan Ilchulbong, Hamdam-dong. Hotel Leo location is quite strategic; the bus-stands to catch buses 202/201 were just a short stroll away. I also loved that the hotel room came with a UK-plug friendly sockets and their LG steam closet which was fun to try! Room is very clean and the view from my room on level 12 is perfect as i geta view of the sunset n sea in the evenings. Lastly though it is centrally located, the noise level is quite acceptable, and relatively quiet even with the chartered buses coming up early early morning for the tourist rides. Will recommend this hotel

If you driving, park you car aside at hotel car park entrance and go to lobby reception ask for check-in and inform that you have car. They have Valet parking for you and because of their parking was using lifting. Check-in very fast. Hotel very clean and moden. Air-con & TV in one controlling, entrance light control by sensor, lighting have a control panel to adjust temperature and on off. Comfortable mattress with feather duvet, pretty nice to sleep. I like the toilet as well, big enough and the design look cosy and good.

Great hotel to stay in Jeju”
Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and very helpful. The hotel is about 10 mins drive away from the airport and they even provide free shuttle bus to pick us up from the airport and to send us back to the airport upon check out. We just need to arrange with the front desk a day before on the allocated timing. Also, the hotel is pretty near to the shopping district area, about 5 mins walk away. Overall, great place to stay while in Jeju and we would def chose this hotel again next time.

Room was very clean. Shower had good water pressure. Loved the bathtub – great to unwind at end of day of walking. Many power charging points (including USB). TV had news channels in English language. Many eateries and shops within walking distance from hotel. Very conveniently located – near bus stops; 10 mins by taxi from airport; 20 mins walk from Black Pork Street.

A STAR HOTEL!”
The hotel is nearer to every where you want to go, even if you have a day trip sightseeing this hotel location is the strategic for us and we plan our trip accordingly and we stayed for 7 nights in Jeju. The bus stop and taxi ride airport to hotel is less than 10 mins and free shuttle to airport is a plus point. The front desk very helpful especially thanks to Mr Jae and Ms Chloe and all the staff are so nice and friendly and they will just assist you with anything. Will sure stay here again if we visit Jeju in future.

Good location and value for money”
The hotel is great and conveniently located to dining and shopping spots. The front staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. We were stuck on the day of checkout when there was a taxi strike countrywide and the staff tried getting a taxi without success. He guided us with clear instructions on how to get to the airport with the public bus and it was such a breeze. We had a great stay and will choose Hotel Leo again when we return to Jeju!

Great stay and they provide good breakfast. Good location for food and shopping place. Inside my room even have a Steam Clothing Care System which is a surprise to me. I can clean my cloths or even my parka in 30 minutes!

Good Convenient Location ”
The hotel is situated in proximity to the city centre. Plenty of eateries and shops. The room is spacious and clean. We rented a car and there was free valet parking on site. Hotel uses a car park lift system, as such the cars would have to be parked by the valet.

Its surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. Its pretty near the airport. The hotel has pick ups service which was great! We took the traditional korean room which had no bed frames. It was spacious and clean!

Initially booked for 1 night, however, upon arriving the place, we decided to stay for another night due to its awesome location and facilities in the hotel (it has a LG styler in its room!) perfect for our stay to clean our jackets during our travel. Highly recommended!

Very near to airport and eateries, clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff s .”
Overall this is a highly well maintained hotel , the best part is that it is a no smoking hotel , centrally located and near a lots of restaurant and eateries. Frontdest Staffs are very helpful and attentive. When we ask for locations of atttraction ( we are on self drive holiday), the staff even provides us with a list of places with attractions names and phone numbers, unfortunately the list missed out the area code 064 infront of the phone numbers, so no map how we tried , the car’s GPS doesn’t show any results. We only discovered that when we were told by a tourist office staff at Seongweipo . I had informed one of the frontdesk staff about it . Hope the hotel can rectified it.

Great value close to airport ”
We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, with a luxurious shower and full size towels. Buffet brunch is excellent with many Western & Korean options. Less expensive if booked in advance at the front desk. Staff member Helen was especially helpful as she speaks perfect English and went out of her way to direct us to a Korean restaurant close by which was delicious! There is a great area of shops & restaurants, Yeon-dong just around the corner,. One note - the airport shuttle only operates after 3:10pm (?) so you have to take a cab for earlier flights.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is very nice and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jae. Breakfast is good as well. Hotel location is fantastic, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The closest convenience store is just next door. Will definitely come back to stay again. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptional service from hotel staff”
The hotel is located 10-15mins from the airport so it is super convenient of you have early flight to catch. Hotel provides free shuttle services to airport at designated timings but need to book in advance. We booked the pick up from the airport on date of arrival but somehow the message was lost and the shuttle bus driver did not expect to pick us but luckily there were just enough space for all of us plus our luggage so I suggest to re-confirm your shuttle service nearer to arrival date. Nevertheless, the driver was friendly and helpful even though he didn't expect to pick us. Front desk staff were helpful, especially for a male middle age staff (Mr Hwang if I remember correctly) who helped us a lot during our stay. He helped us with the parking of our rented car, driving the car out of the tight driveway, storing 2 bags for a day when we can't get them into the rented car. We are very grateful for his help and we believe that he is valuable asset to the hotel. We will choose to stay here again when we come back to Jeju.
