I love this hotel! It’s in a fantastic location near Sanjusangendo temple (a must see!), and very close to many other famous sites, such as Kiyomizudera. Shichijo Station is nearby, so easy to explore the city. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. On top of that, it is by far the best value for money. I will most definitely be staying here for a fourth time. I cannot recommend enough what a gift for travellers this hotel is!!!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a group f my friends. When we arrived at the hotel early to drop our bags, the staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us fantastic tips to make the best of our trip. The room was lovely and I would highly recommend

Clean and nice ”
Bathroom and room was quite comfortable and the space is pretty nice for Japanese hotel. Staffs are friendly and willing to support. The traffic is not so convenient because of the design of Kyoto subway. It is a lot more tiring then I expect to walk to Kyoto station with laughable. But overall it was a nice stay and will definitely want to come back again.

Great budget hotel”
Clean rooms, nice staff, tasteful decor, and great location. The rooms and baths are quite small (but that's to be expected for the price, I guess), and we felt the pillows were too big and not super comfortable (though I know that's a matter of preference), so if you stay maybe bring your own pillow and pack LIGHT.

Great Newly Built Hotel”
Built in June 2021, one month prior to staying. Prices are great and located next to the river and Shichijo station. The area has very few restaurants, however, but there are options. Walk to Kyoto Station or take the train up a couple stations to find more dining choices. There's a small 7-11 convenince store across the street also. Only downsides I noticed were that the shower curtain felt a little shorter so water might splatter into the shower room floor (had to ask for another bathmat) and the showerhead could be better. Very happy with the price and would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay within the area.

The location is great, having smoking room at the 1st floor. However, the room is quite small, don't have smart TV and internet for the higher floor was really poor.

I walk from kyoto station with 2 big suitcases quite a distance from kyoto station, hard to find perfect exit for walk to this hotel, maybe the kyoto station are hard to navigate the exit lol. the hotel itself is great, coin laundry on ground floor, if you bought bento on 7-11 you can dine in lobby area. big 7-11 just opposite hotel. service is good..

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is modern and well located. The hotel is only 200 metres from the Sichijio station which links the Keihan express from Osaka to hotel within easy reach. The famous Gion is only 2 stops away.
