Holiday in osaka”
The hotel is very clean and have large room. We choose twin size. We stay 5 night and the breakfast is good but need more variance. Very Near from JR kitashinxi. You should go to JR kitanshinci then exit in 11-43.. or if you bring stoller or luggage, please take the exit 11-41 using elevator. Or you can walk around 10 menit from JR osaka (Find daimaru builing then find JR kitanshinchi). Or if you can stop in JR kyobeshi, then change the line into JR kitanshinci. This hotel have the service to send your luggage into your next hotel like tokyo. Also have own laundry in 3rd floor and sauna. Sure we will go back again.

Very comfortable stay”
Hotel room I chose was a little small there are options for larger however it was so well laid out it seemed bigger than it was . Was good value for the money and was spotless . Bed was firm but very comfortable Only thing I would improve is the cable TV as there was no English Channels at all (strange for a international standard hotel in the heart of the CBD) So unless you are Japanese it won’t be something you will use unless you want a laugh at the weird things Japanese find entertaining Also this Hotel has a lot of rooms yet only 3 elevators ? The line up and wait times for the elevators can be long at times Overall I would come back to this hotel the location was good just walk out the front door and there are stairs to take you down to the massive underground world of shops ,subways ,trains and limo bus to airport.

Great location with lots of restaurants ”
There is a Lawson convenient store downstairs and lots of restaurants nearby including 溫野菜丶蟹道樂 . It is a business hotel with public bath. We booked a tripe room and the room is spacious room even with 3 beds. The hotel is well connected with public transportation - walking distance (7-10 minutes) to the airport bus station (Herbus shopping mall), Osaka station (10 minutes via underground pathway / mall etc.

location excellent ”
Location was excellent! Subway entrance right outside the hotel and an easy walk to Osaka Station. Lots of places to eat in the streets by the hotel. Two convenience stores on either side of hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Stunning view too. We were the 13th floor. Onsen bath was a great plus. Would def come back.

Just loved this one”
Easy to reach from Osaka Station, walking distance with your luggage. Very clean and elegant. The whole room was A+. The beds are sooo comfy, had a great night sleep and the view was also beautiful. Just try their breakfast, great assortiment, constant check on the food by personnel and they are super friendly. Definitely gonna book here again!

Very Clean & Great Value”
The best things about this property were that the room smelled brand new and the front desk staff knew enough English to check me in without any issues. I stayed in a queen room and the bed was nice and firm and it was quiet at night so I could fall asleep. They have a nice buffet available for breakfast and dinner. The choices in food were mediocre. I’d recommend venturing out in the local neighborhood to try some local eats. I found a great little spot a block away and it was very inexpensive. The hotel is a slight walk from Umeda & Osaka Station but not too bad. Overall I rate this hotel as being a superior value for the money spent.

Great hotel, will stay again!”
Great hotel overall. Lvl 3 Onsen for guests was awesome, it has a sauna and is comfortable, which rejuvenated me after a long day travelling. They have staff who can speak English and multiple languages so you can be assured. The hotel is close to Osaka station (10-15min walk) but it is quite easy to get lost. Basically, whether you are at Osaka, Umeda or whichever station, if underground head towards Kita-shinchi station (tozai subway line), along the way keep a lookout for Osaka Ekimae 3rd building. Alternatively the subway exit you are looking for is marked 11-43. Be warned however that at night the area seems to turn into some kind of high-end businessmen hangout, with what appeared to us to be escorts and the like standing around street corners. Food in the surrounding blocks seemed to be higher-end so if in doubt just walk towards the Osaka station side

Would recommend this hotel to anyone, location wise it’s very easy to find, near convenience store, near osaka station about 10mins walk ( u can take the subway) near restaurants and mall. Very accommodating staffs, clean room, they also kept our baggage because our flight is beyond the check out time we had some time to go shopping and lunch.

Good choice for triple room.”
Room were spacious to accommodate 3 single bed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Connected by underpass (convenient during raining and cold weather). Once you exit Osaka station, look out for Daimaru. Walk pass Daimaru and walk towards Kitashinchi Station. Basically a long straight walk (roughly 10mins). Walk till the end and exit via 11-43.

Clean room of good size; near Osaka station and amenities ”
Pros : room was of good size as compared to Tokyo; room was cleaned daily; comfy beds & pillows; Wifi access; breakfast spread is good; service staff can communicate in English; walking distance of about 10mins to Osaka station and shopping and F&B Cons: lobby at second floor; hence lift stops at second floor each time before proceeding to the level pressed (inevitable in a way)

The hotel is conveniently located 3 mins away from Osaka station. Surrounded by restaurants and 24 hr Lawson that made food not an issue at all times. The room was clean and the special pillows they used made us had great sleep at all nights!

Good experience”
It was really a good trip for me in Osaka. Nice people and hotel there. The hotel is very close to the metro station. But it is hard to find it if you are the first time in Umeda because the transportation is complex. I lost my way everyday. But the people here is so kind. They even take you to the right station. Also the hotel is close to shopping malls, therefore it is convenience to shop:) I am looking forward to my next trip in Japan.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Great location close to Osaka station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There are so many restaurants downstairs and staff are so nice! But if you drive , the location is little burn difficult to find because the phone number in gps not yet valid. Other than that, everything is so perfect! Super convenient . Just walk few minutes can arrive station and shopping mall !

Best hotel of our trip”
Japan is tough for hotels...they are very expensive and the rooms are usually TINY, especially in Tokyo and Kyoto. This hotel was different. It wasn't cheap, but it was much less expensive than the hotels we booked in other cities, but the room was GREAT. The bed was the most comfy we had all trip. The view was excellent. The AC worked great. The bed wasn't in a corner--two bedside tables! And the lighting was thoughtfully done and not harsh. Water pressure was not quite as good as the other hotels we stayed in. The location is in a hotel zone in the north of Osaka, near the main station. It was a decent location. There is a whole maze of underground pathways/shopping areas that lead you to the various stations nearby, so it was always fun walking through those to hit the metro or JR lines. We walked a LOT though. So if you're not into that, maybe stay more central or closer to a station. But it was raining in Osaka and we spent half the time underground which worked out great!

Good location, busy hotel with lots of guests, overall great service”
I want to thank Ms Ikero for her help at checking in, she’s very thorough and really courteous to accommodate our needs. Only downside about this hotel was the elevator was busy and took a long time to wait for it. There’s also no option for stairs which was a little concerning to us for safety and convenience matter.

Modern and Spacious”
Pros: - size of room (twin bedroom) - size of bathroom - location (walking distance to station and shops). Also accessible via underground passage from Osaka/Umeda stations. - Lawsons/7 Eleven/Pharmacy just downstairs - restaurants all around Cons: - None. One of the better accommodations we stayed at during our travels across Japan.

We stayed here when it just opened. The hotel room was small (expected) but clean. Staff were helpful but checkin took long. It was near to the train station.
