I forgot an external hard drive, and the staff and customer service returned it to me in Korea promptly. I thank them for finding and making the extra effort to ship the hard drive to me. I checked out on Sunday morning, and received the international delivery by Friday, which I think is very reasonable. The furniture arrangement was a bit weird, with the bed facing the window rather than the rest of the room, but I appreciated the many electrical outlets to charge my devices (unfortunately, using my pc is how I managed to forget my hard drive. (Obviously this was my fault.) I wish the shuttle ran during the evening, because it only started well after an hour after I arrived at Haneda Airport from the US. My stay in Tokyo was just a layover with an early morning departure to Seoul, so I just stayed at the hotel after arriving about 9:30 pm. The room was clean, and I liked their ammenities. I am very grateful to Haneda MyStays hotel staff for their assistance and customer service. e

Great Location”
Great Location, Isetan Shinjuku just 3-5 minutes walking distance from our hotel, and also walking distance around 5-10 minutes to Shinjuku main station. Good people, very clean, there are having washing machine and iron board inside the hotel itself which very convenient and useful for us to use after a long long day travel outside and back to hotel. I definitely will come back to this hotel again when I travel to Tokyo in future.

An easy walk to a train/subway station. The hotel was extremely clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Best. Hamburger. Ever in the restaurant!!!! Very close to a Family Mart (convenience store), grocery and drug stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Have free hotel shuttle bus to and from the Haneda Airport. Quite good if u arrive Japan at night which no more train service while Bus and Taxi is super expensive. Overnight at this hotel and the next day back to the airport to take train is a economic choice. Japan hotel is clean and service is good. There is no doubt about it.

Near airport”
Hotel is a stone throw away from Haneda airport. My flight arrived at 1am so I decided to take a taxi there foe the night. Bed was very comfortable and nice. Had a pleasant night sleep there

The staff were super polite and helpful. The room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed. It was a good value it is very close to Haneda airport, just a few minutes by car.

Value for money”
Its a simple hotel near Haneda airport. It does helps they provide free shuttle to and from airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Left my sunglasses in the room upon checkout and the staffarrange for the shuttle bus driver to send me my sunglasses at the airport. Room is basic and quite tight but if you looking for a night stay before or after arriviing late at night this hotel is a good option.

Free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel save us the hassle to drag our big luggages to train station. Decent room size & twin beds enough to accommodate our family of 2 adults & 2 children. If you are renting a car, there's a Toyota-rent-a-car branch a few steps away. Do take note they do not have pyjamas available for kids sizes, so luckily we brought our own one.

Friendly hotel in convenient location”
Humble hotel that provided breakfast and a quick nights sleep for our plane layover. Nice staff, clean rooms and walking distance to train station if you have time to see Tokyo.

Convenient Airport Hotel”
Convenient to Haneda airport, and a shuttle bus to the hotel makes it easy to travel to especially after a long flight. Room and bed was nice and comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Very near to Haneda Airport, about 5 to 10 mins drive. Hotel also provide shutter bus to and from the airport. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to stay near Haneda Airport”
Only 7 minutes away from Haneda Airport International terminal. They offer a shuttle bus from 4am. Very clean rooms.

Smooth check-in. Clean room, consider a good decent size for a hotel room in Tokyo. There are 2 convenient stores just walking distance away. Value-added for the free airport shuttle service.

I only stayed here for one night but I really liked staying here. The airport bus shuttle was on time and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The nearest train station is just 5-10 minutes away.

Very convenient location travel to Haneda airport! I got super early flight so the hotel do have the shuttle bus start at 4am, took about 10 mins to reach Haneda airport. Clean and nice!

Pros - 1. Love the toilet - even provide lather netfor scrubbing body. Fragrant toiletries. High tech toilet bowl. Good shower pressure 2. Queen bed - just enough for 2 adults and 2 young children 3. Breakfast spread is sufficient with choice of international and Japanese 4. Near airport for late night arrivals or early morning stays - taxi fare 1200 yen 5. Free shuttle bus back to Haneda airport in the morning Cons - Only stayed for half a day, didn’t find any faults with the hotel. Value for money.

My wife and I wanted to visit Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo city centre in the same trip, this hotel was close enough to Maihama station to do that with minimal fuss. There's a free shuttle to Maihama station, and even on the days where we missed it, or it was full, the walk took about 20 minutes, so not a bother. The room, staff, and reception were all excellent and it was for us the perfect blend of traditional Japanese and western hotel standards we're used to. Can't fault it.
