The cleaning was perfect to the every corner, and comfortable greetings and smile of the one (young woman of the nationality) in charge of the cleaning were splendid again. I was full of perfume of one done in a pre-day in a room, and the place where I reported to towards cleaning charge contacted the front desk immediately and I changed a room and coped. The quick and careful correspondence was really splendid. I was satisfied very much with the dish which the breakfast Vikings had abundant, and the taste was the best. It was a night healed very much. I use it again by all means. It is the last, but, please use it for sightseeing spot circulation by all means because you can go by free shuttle bus to Narita Airport terminal, Narita Station, ion Narita store☆

We loved this airport hotel, a lovely place to relax before our flight home. The hotel was immaculately clean, with friendly and efficient staff. We booked a Deluxe Room 29m2, which I recommend. We loved the space after all the tiny hotels rooms throughout Japan. Great to spread out our luggage and repack before our flight. We loved the indoor heated pool and hot spa. The free airport shuttle was reliable and great service, we also used it to visit the Aeon Mall. Family Mart in the lobby is 24hrs and has a huge variety of food. I would highly recommend this airport hotel to relax before or after a flight.

Excellent hotel near the Narita Airport”
I booked this hotel since we had an early morning flight and we travelled with a baby and small child. The hotel is brand new, clean, with all amenities in the room you need, coffee, tea, tv, AC. We had twin beds room and the beds are large enough to accommodate one adult and a child per bed. Unfortunately we arrived late and we didn't had the chance to use the pool. The best thing is that using JR express bus for ¥1000 you can reach the hot direct from Tokyo Station Yaesu South Entrance and the hotel has free shuttle service to Narita airport every half hour that gets you there in just 15min.

Very convenient place to stay for the last night at Tokyo if you have an early flight to catch the next day at Narita airport as the hotel provide airport transfer by bus. No worries if you have many large luggage bags. Especially if you rent a car and drop at nearby Narita airport areas, some of the rental agencies are very kind enough to send you to this hotel. There is a convenient store in the hotel near lobby area.

A perfect hotel”
This hotel very closed to narita airport. For us who had flight in the morning, this hotel is very strategic. This hotel have a shuttle bus that will pick us to the airport and the down town for free. The room are so spacious, clean and tidy. And easy to check in and out. I'd like to stay here again if i have travel to Japan.

Convenient and clean option for one-night stay before morning flight”
Convenient spot to rest your head before an early flight at Narita. Room was clean and decently sized. Location was fantastic- morning shuttle to the airport at 7am was a huge plus. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. The price was reasonable. We made our morning flight with plenty of time. Highly recommended.

I booked a triple sharing room. Given 3 super single bed. Very good size of room. There is a free shuttle bus to aeon mall ,narita station and narita airport.. i couldn't wait for the free shuttle bus to airport hence took a taxi. Cost ¥2000. There are a huge supermarket, daiso, sport outlet, donki, and 药妆店 where u can do last minute shopping before heading to airport. Overall, my kids and i were full of praise with this hotel compare to 2 other hotels in this trip. Will definitely come back to stay more nights.

This hotel is beautiful and the decor is awesome. They have a Family Mart in the hotel which is convenient for families that doesn't have a rental car. Friendly staff, comfortable beds and room was huge for 3! I love this hotel, highly recommend!!!

Putonghua-speaking staff was friendly and helpful. She could speak English well. Her suggestion was very constructive for us to handle our bikes well. The hotel respected cyclists and bikes. We also respected the hotel with tiding up bikes and making less noise, in order not to disturb other customers. Hotel buffet dinner was tasty and abundant. It was our best choice when we finished 140km cycling of Kasumigaura Bay.

Awesome airport hotel”
Really great value for money. I had to stay overnight for a layover and found this hotel at a good price. The room was small but clean. They have shuttles every hour/half hour to airport and Aeon mall. Simple room, great experience.

Strategically located near the Narita Airport with free shuttle bus to the hotel, AEON Mall and JR Narita Station. Room is quite spacious that cater 4 adults and 3 little kids. Vending machine is available that provide soft drinks. Microwave also available at our floor and laundry machine is also available. There is 24 hour Family Mart convenience store. Hotel environment is great with beautiful garden and views of aeroplane passing by.

Perfect 5 star score from me. New annex building with new rooms. Fast checkin and out. Professional staff. Comfy bed . Pajamas. Slippers. Great bath toiletries. Tub for a hot soak. Fridge. Coffee service. Alarm. Family Mart in lobby sells prepped food they will heat for you. Drinks, beer. And free shuttle both ways right at the airport door.

Very clean and the room is soo big. The toilet and shower room is huge. Very near to the Narita. So if you have an early flight book this hotel. And the best part is they do have free airport shuttle from and to!

I've stayed at MYSTAYS Premier many times and my experience has always been fantastic. During this stay I was very impressed with Thanh. She is very hospitable, warm and polite. I ate dinner and enjoyed the lunch buffet the next day which was recommended by Thanh. Thanks for hiring excellent staff!

Nice hotel for family of 5”
We stayed in a family suite, which was much more spacious than we expected. The property is very nice, with a nice outdoor area also. Staff was helpful and attentive. There is a schedule for the shuttle bus, which is convenient as long as you plan properly. Only about 20 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes to Narita station.

This is the best hotel choice - near the airport, staff were nice, room was clean and in-room facilities were more than what I expected. They also have free shuttle service from/to the airport.
