Very nice hotel in Makuhari area”
The internet is fast, room is spacious, staff is wonderfully helpful. The room is clean, had a good view of the bay, and bed is comfortable. Have a bus directly to go to the airport from the hotel door. It is very close to the makuhari messe for convention. Breakfast buffet is delicious and have enough variety.

Excellent rooms, brilliant service from staff even with our language barrier Lots of restaurants in the building - some very expensive About a 500m walk to Kaihimmakuhari Station and then about 25min ride to Tokyo station

I stay at this hotel for the purpose of visiting Hoteres exhibition, at Makuhari Messe. I did the right choice, this hotel is very near to the exhibition hall. staff and service are good. cleanliness always become motto . I will come back here ,for sure

Nice hotel located near Aeon Mall, Mitsui Outlet mall”
Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and within walking distance to malls. The only unfortunate experience is that our air conditioning was not working. The staff brought in a fan, which helped a little bit the staff also made up for the discomfort by providing us breakfast the next morning.

great hotel for post cruise”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights post cruise, we stayed in a superior double with a sea view. Room and bathroom were beautiful and the view amazing although there were buildings before the sea. Breakfast was very good but obviously catering for the Japenese taste e.g dumplings and noodles, there were also omelettes , fried eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruits, breads and pastries. Service was incredible, we were welcomed out of the lift and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the sea, a baseball stadium and a beautiful park with a Japenese tea room. Free shuttle to Disney and 1000y to Narita airport. Half an hour train to the centre of Tokyo. The pool was available at a charge of 1500/2000y pp sunbeds/parasols extra.

I did not stay in a double room with a single bed that I booked. I was assigned a two twin bed room for myself. The hotel was obviously not fully booked, so I did not understand why the front desk could not have just put me in a different room. I checked in at 3 and they required me to check out at 10am. The gentleman at the front desk insisted that this was their hotel policy. The rooms are a bit dated, but the location was excellent. The rest of the staff were very professional and helpful. There is an extra charge for the fitness facilities. The exhibition center is across the street, shopping outlets and train station are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel but have to pay for all facilities ”
This is a beautiful luxurious hotel. The room is very grand (although the beds are Asian firm/uncomfortable) and the view from the room amazing. The hotel has an old world grandness and we loved it. However, we didn’t use any of the facilities as you had to pay exorbitant fees to use them: pool, gym, tennis courts, breakfast…. All looked amazing but came with a big price tag. We expect to have facilities in a hotel included so this was quite a shock and disappointing. We would stay here again though.

The room was very spacious and very clean the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious with free toiletries etc. they also have swimming pool but you have to pay ¥1,500 per adult

Great hotel in every aspect”
I've stayed at the hotel twice now, in 2019 and in 2022 for the Tokyo Game Show and both times the hotel has been perfect; great staff, excellent location, clean rooms with great value for money. Will be booking again for September 2023...and for every year onwards.
