Our 4th time here! ”
Pros - location (couple of mins from Ningyocho station (with elevator access), direct train from Haneda Airport, access to Hibiya line & Asakusa line) - staff (friendliest bunch & always all out to help us, english-speaking albeit not fluent, as per their tagline - warm hospitality) - room (usual Japan small-sized room but we got the wide double bed to fit 2 adults and 1 3-year old, still ample space to pray & ample space under the bed for luggage) - facilities (kettle, heater/cooler, humidifier, hair dryer in room with amenities aplenty (bath foam, shampoo, conditioner) extra comb, toothbrush, kids toothbrush, skin care for men & women, bath salts - all available at the receptionist area. - they also have washing machine & dryer on 2nd floor to do your own laundry for free, vending machine, microwave. Laptop and printer near reception area that you can use (printing has a small fee) - surrounding area, family mart, 7eleven, lawson, 24hour restaurant but non halal, our fav taiyaki place down the corner towards exit A3 for ningyocho station. - theyre partners of Airporter Japan, a service to send your luggage to airport/hotels in tokyo, osaka or okinawa, so convenient!

Nice hotel. Very cosy, comfortable and clean room. Room and bathroom has everything you need. Strong wifi signal. They let us check in as early as 1030am. Very convienient. About 25 minutes walk to tokyo station and 5 min walk to subway. 7-11 stores just arnd the hotel. Definately will stay here again.

The room is very quite small but the location is great few minutes to Ningyocho station which have both Tokyo Metro and Toei subway

I was really pleased with this hotel. It's close to Tokyo Station and Hibiya station, and it's affordable. If you don't want to stay in a hostel, this is a good option to choose for a change. I enjoyed the bathroom. It even had a heated mirror. The room looked really nice and they provide enough room clothing and towels for you if you travel alone. The staff was very friendly. Some spoke English as well. They took care of my luggage even after I checked out!!! I was very pleased and grateful with their service. They even provide different shampoos and conditioners for you in the lobby to try. I didn't try them, but I definitely noticed that!

Worth staying - Accessible to all”
The room we stayed was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. But overall our stay was good. They have complete amenities and location was really accessible for restaurants, convenient store and train station.

It’s a business hotel so don’t expect too much in terms of facilities. The rooms are small, enough for just 2 adults. Two with a child is cramped. Nevertheless excellent location to all corners of Tokyo including Disney land. All about 1/2 hour train rides away from here. Also a lot of eateries around and some open late till 2 am.

Early check in. Very nice! Upgraded to bigger room. Biggest room I've had in Tokyo! Free washers and dryers! Room was quiet! Everything was perfect.

Room is small but this is common in Japan. Most importantly is clean. Hotel staff is very helpful in carrying my luggage up the staircase without i request upon check out. Walking distance to subway. Plenty choices of restaurants food and convenience stores nearby.

A quiet neighbourood yet with interchange subway a few minutes away to go anyway in tokyo. Best of all a direct express train to haneda airport from the subway!!

Tiny room, but you could push luggage under the bed, to get extra space. I personally don’t much like the design of faucet, but we still enjoyed our stays here.

Pros: A quiet hotel. Room was spacious. Staff is very accommodating. Always ready to help and serve. There is a stall in the lobby wherein you can get shampoo, conditioner, coffee, mask, etc which has been very helpful.. Staff had firt aid kit and ice pack to cater me when I needed help when returning back to my hotel from my travel. Was able fo cater me well when I arrrived and very fast check in an check out. Decent hotel within walking distance to a few lines”
I have stayed here twice, and I have to say the staff are the best part about this hotel. They are welcoming and friendly, and English is no problem. The restaurant next door serves breakfast which is delicious and the grandma running the place is lovely. The last time I stayed here however, the room I was put in was absolutely filthy. I have never seen a room in such bad condition... Hair in the bathroom, water marks on glasses, crumbs on the sofa, stains and marks everywhere, it was just shocking. I changed my room and the second one was better but it was definitely off-putting. Also, the hotel is within walking distance of a number of subway lines but only conveniently close to one - so do be sure that the lines you will take are nearby because some are 7 - 10 min from the hotel.
