Excellent service”
I left my bag when I checked-out and just realized abt it when I was in-flight to back home. The hotel staff kindly confirmed that my bag is in the hotel and gratefully, they are able to keep it until I found the solution how to get back my bag bcs the things inside are so important. Then hotel staff helped me to communicate with someone from same country as me who is staying at the hotel to help bring my bag back. And Thank God, I do believe there are still many good people exits in this world, and the one who I contact to, have no issue to bring my bag back. Thanks Riza san and all hotel staffs, and Thanks to Bu Sisilia to help me out. This hotel has really good location. Close to Nippori station and has a great cleanliness. They also provide drink machine in the lobby so that you don’t need yo buy water for your travel (if you bring your own tumbler ). 😬 I am considering to be back to this hotel when I am visiting Japan again someday.

Clean and affordable hostel, great location”
I wasn't expecting much because the hostel was cheap (at least compared to other hostels in Tokyo), but I was pleasantly surprised to see that the facilities were clean and that each pod was spacious. The hostel was also a 5-min walk from Nippori Station. Plus points, it's close to Yanaka, which is an old Tokyo neighborhood worth visiting!

Awesome! Perfect stay! Staff was kind, not SUPER helpful when asked questions but still kind and polite SUPER clean hostel and comfortable To be honest, this place is better than the pictures The pictures looks small , but in real life it is actually very spacious WILL COME HERE AGAIN! and! there is a real OWL in the lobby!!

The place is just a few minutes walk from JR Nippori which is very convenient if you are taking Skyliner from Narita. The room and bathroom was very clean. Staff are friendly too.

I love the ambience and they really have an owl in the hotel! You can touch and play with the owl, such adorable to have animals in the hotel. Everything's great and enjoyable especially the staff were very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely come back again! Thanks!

Hotel convenient for backpackers. Near from Nishi Nippori Station. The clerk was very friendly, the room was clean, cheaper and there are drinks in lobby.

This hotel offers a lot, you only pay what you want to avail and even though it's worth it enough for a night stay, they still offer free drinks, cold/hot coffee for the win! Awesome capsule rooms! Sugoi!!

Value for Money”
I booked here from April 27 to May 3. I got this place in a promo price. What I love about this hotel is that it is near to the station, convenient stores, clean bedroom, clean comfort room, and nice staff. I highly recommend this for solo travelers. I will most likely come back here when I go back in Tokyo. Thank you so much for making my stay also memorable!

Love the design of the hostel beds. Wide stairs to go to upper bed. Female ladies floor only with bathroom and toilet inside the room. Extra plus points. Has small space just beside the room door to store your big luggage.

Very clean toilet and showers. Room temperature was alright. Free soap and shampoo. Location was alright. Bed space was not tight - had extra space for things. I would most likely come back here if I visit Tokyo again.

Great for budget travelers”
The hostel is very clean, with complimentary hot and cold green/black tea, coffee, water. There is an elevator for those with big luggage. It is relatively convenient to stay here arriving from keisei or JR line at Nippori. Good privacy from roommates with curtains. I can see how some felt bed was a bit hard. I am used to it so I slept very well. One factor that can't be controlled is the roommates. Some may not be as mindful as others, but earplugs are a must anyways. It is great for what I paid for. Some warm water at the sinks and a small kitchen would have made it perfect.
