We stayed at the hotel only one night over new years eye and got fantastic service - especially from Sujan who went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much. Had a fantastic dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant with a great view, and was a pleasure for us and the kids to be able to borrow kimonos. Thank you so much!

This hotel has a special check in procedure for foreign visitors. All staff were great but Muniru, the assistant manager ,was the best !

The rooms are small cubicles, not recommended for long stays. No possiblity of sipping a coffee early in the morning, but staff very, very friendly

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Room was large and spacious. Amenities were sufficient. Location is ideal, close to many local and cheap eateries and restaurants on the west side of station and close to Donki. Didnt use pool or gym, it costs extra money even for staying guests. Cost is inexpensive compared to other hotels in Osaka. Quite easy to get to from Osaka Station

1: used my dirty bedding sheets to made the bed. 2: 3rd floor didn’t open for the rest and have a cup of tea and coffee, no kimono free trying. 3: public bath cover charge 550 Japanese yen is fine, but didn’t tell the guests there is a public bath available.
