it is reasonable accomodation. I stayed along big street, ttat's why ambulance car sometimes arrived the hospital at night. excpet it, the room was clean, it is good propety for the price.

Great Location and Staff”
I had eye surgery and stayed here as it the location was convenient to go back to the clinic. The room was comfortable, the members of staff were very nice, the only thing I noticed was someone from the kitchen constantly making laughing noise while I was having breakfast. I didn’t check who it was exactly but all guests I saw were having a nice, quiet time at breakfast and the noise just made me uncomfortable. Also a member of the kitchen staff said nothing when I passed in front of him to leave the breakfast room while a female serving staff greeted me. This was the only moment I felt uncomfortable during my stay.

Nice hotel, small room but convenient location. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, kind staff. Very much worth the price!

It’s a strategical place to stay, near to the train station and next to the hotel you can find a tsukiya restaurant.

Good location and good service”
What I like the hotel is their hard working on details. The room is small and yet there is everything provided, such as torch, bed lamp, slipper and shoe brush. The beds are comfortable. In general, the hotel is good for the price.

Good location, simple but just what's needed”
Quality room would not have much space for 4 people but was fine for 3. Bathroom luxurious. Breakfast was fine but for vegetarian, like most in Japan, not the best... liked location.

ROSE GARDEN SHINJUKU”
Convenient Location: 2 mins walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Station which makes travelling to Airport and other cities hassle-free. Everything is excellent with free Coffee Bar, generous supplies of toiletries; bottled water; good amenities and facilities. Room is clean but very small for 2 persons.

Average hotel One stop away to the city core”
I am not sure if the mistake is the platform or hotel. I was mistakenly put in a Smoking room. When I tried my extension, the hotel offer was much more expensive than in the third party plateform

Nice Shinjuku Hotel for Our Family”
We stayed here on our first night in Japan-took the NEX train directly from Narita to Shinjuku Station. Then ride the Maru metro line for two stops and the hotel is right there at the exit. Checkin was very smooth and staff are super nice. Our room has four beds and the bathroom is very spacious in North American standards! We had a very restful night. No noise at all. One last thing, the breakfast buffet is excellent!!!

Spacious room, good location & value for money!”
Would highly recommend this hotel. Next to train station. 5 min walk to shopping area. Room was spacious enough for our family. Thumbs up!

Value for $, Clean and acceptable location”
A great hotel with clean facilities and helpful staff. Location is good though it is around 10mins walk from Shinjuku Station, you can take Marounochi line and 1 station away. If you will be taking bus at Shinjuku Station, the staff are helpful enough to call the cab for you and it is just around JPY 1400 and you don't need to lug your luggage for a bit of distance. Room is good and clean and even if you don't request for cleaning, the staff will leave the new towels, toothbrush on your door. Breakfast wise, it was good also for a combination of Western and Japanese foods. Overall will stay there again!

excellent stay at this hotel. rooms are small but clean & neat. There are no english TV channels in the room. It is not convenient for foreign travellers

Great place on a budget”
Not a luxury hotel but has everything you need. Only issue was the bathroom ventilation- there was none so it smells a bit of mildew.

Great location just a minute walk from the subway. Really quiet and clean. Very hardworking and friendly staff.

Pleasant stay at Hotel Rose Garden”
I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights recently with my 2 older sons. No frills, just mainly basic hotel if you do not mind. The room is not big (Jap standard) and have to open up our lugg on the bed. But there is more than enough space to tuck away my 3 big luggage thankfully. It is only <5 min walk from Nishi Shinjuku station (Marunouchi line) and it is peaceful and not crowded/chaotic like Shinjuku area. Having said so, the Shinjuku station is only 12-15min walk away. I really like the location of this hotel. On the left is 7-11, on the way out is Yoshinoya and on the right is Family Mart and Tully's Coffee....super convenient for travelers! If you are on a budget and convenience is key, do consider this hotel :)

Good value and convenient location ”
They had cute Christmas decorations in the lobby and the staff were nice. The facility looked a little bit old but every equipment worked well and comfortable and convenient to stay at. It’s really cozy and reminds you of home style hotel.
