I was feeling like to be in a resort in the city! beautiful modern Okinawa style! the room with balcony have a great view of the city! The bar in the top was just amazing!

Good location. Small rooms”
The hotel is pretty cute. Location is great as it’s next to monorail and walking distance from the kokusai avenue. The hotel’s cafe is really nice and yummy. Also good priced. The pool is also good, but the slide doesn’t slide…lol. Saw many people trying to slide but it’s concrete so it doesn’t at all. Now, the rooms are extremely small: considering many people go to tours and tourism, no balcony is a thing: also not enough space to leave your stuffs, etc. But I would definitely come back as the hotel is nice, well located and have a good pool :)

Not friendly for foreigner and baby”
1. English of front dest is no good, and always use translator, so it is hard to communicate in English. 2. If need more tower, they will charge money. 3. No baby bath tub or anything for baby 4. 1 years old baby need charge fee for breakfast buffet.

Now all staffs engage in studying English since we have many foreign guests. However, we think it is better to use translator to make sure to explain when we have to inform very detailed information or important things. Regarding the towel fee, now we are working on SDGs and helping Okinawa’s nature, see and environment. It will highly apricate if we can have your understanding. We stated a night with no dinner and breakfast, but it was great stay! Mirbashi station is very close by the hotel, cost is brilliant and local restaurant nearby is excellent:) Highly recommend

Lovely hotel with nice facilities. It’s in a great location walking distance from everything and right next to the metro station for easy travel to the airport. The pool area is well maintained and we loved the rooftop bar with its great view and tasty cocktail menu. The staff were really nice and helpful, allowing us to store our bags after check out because our flight wasn’t until the evening. The only downside to our stay was the room which, although clean and well decorated, was very compact. The bed was also very hard so we didn’t get the best nights sleep.

No emotions from the front staff ”
The room cleaning and cafe staff hospitalities were amazing. Therefore I felt the front staff were not welcoming from the check in, I understand it's kind of mandatory to wear the mask, but it's pity that I couldn't see any emotions and barely hear what they say. 清掃、カフェスタッフは素晴らしかったです。 フロントスタッフがとても冷たく感じました。

Stylish, modern hotel, good atmosphere. Good breakfast in pleasant cafe. Great staff, nice garden and pool, the bar at 15th floor offers great views. Directly at the monorail station. Will be back again.

Such an amazing hotel. Beautiful lobby and rooms, clean, friendly staff. The room was a great size. I was surprised that our room came with a nespresso machine, a JBL speaker and pjs for myself and my boyfriend! The view from the balcony was lovely and we loved watching the sunrise. There was a bathtub as well as a shower in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy and we slept well. There’s charging ports by the beds and on the desk. It’s not that warm in Naha right now so we didn’t get to check out the pool. If you go to the rooftop bar, (which has an amazing view) there is a 500¥ seat charge per person but some amazing flavoured popcorn to go with your cocktail. We’re looking forward to staying there again when we get back from Zamami.

Had a short stay at this hotel prior to heading to Okinawa the next morning. The bathroom had many supplies I wasn’t expecting! The room was large and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel staff were friendly and kind. Airport shuttles were always on time
