This was a great hotel centrally located near many attractions in Seogwipo. The hotel, room, staff and grounds were all great. We'll definitely be coming back.

The Views made our entire trip .”
The hotel appeared older than what it is. The location is simply amazing, a bit of a distance from the popular tourist sites but the view erases that easily. While the rooms could use TLC to bring it up to equal the beauty of the area, the rooms and beds are great in size and comfort. Standing out on the balcony with a cup of tea, listening to the crashing waves, wow! While all is said and done one last time must be said, THE STAFF OF HOTEL IS THEIR GREATEST ASSET". To reach 5 stars; wear and tear repairs, painting, and cleaning the rooms/restrooms. Plus repairing the "hot"-tub to fully functional and "HOT". I would in a heart beat and so would many others we spoke to while there and while flying home.

Very nice view, kind staff, nice breakfast buffet”
I visited the hotel with my family (2 babies). The room was acceptable with a nice view of the ocean. Morning buffet was great, staff were friendly. The pool was warm and sauna was clean.

A hidden gem in Jeju, located in a local sea town”
Hotel Sumorum is right by the sea with volcanic black rocks and next to a Haenyeo Centre. If you are curious, you can wake up really early and see how they work.

Quaint and nice hotel ”
Nice hotel by the seaside at Seogwipo-si. Room and bed was huge. Downside was electric sockets was difficult to locate and use. Very relaxing stay at Jeju

Very clean and neat, very good location. When you wake up, you can sea the ocean right in front of your sight. But the way go to the hotel, it's very very dark at the night and the road is narrow, so you should be very careful.

Not much is super close to this hotel, but it has gorgeous views of the ocean and it's really quiet. Staff were amazing and the place was great. I'd stay again!

Beachside hotel”
Location is not near from the city centre so it’s better for Those who prefer to just base themselves in a hotel and enjoy the facilities and coastal walks. Restaurants and convenience stores are about 7 mins walk along the coast. Cleanliness of the room could have been improved as housekeeping didn’t clean the room despite us requesting for it. Disappointing as that was our last night at the hotel. Staff are helpful and always try to assist.

Rooms were not clean at all. The first room that we stayed for couple days had dirty walls and molds in the bathroom so requested to switch and the second room was a nightmare. It was above their restaurant and there's a very strong, I mean very strong, some kind of fishy, urine smell came up to my room. Of course, I notified the hotel manager and he smelled it and admitted that there's an issue but only thing they can offer was a deep cleaning which didn't resolve the problem. Worst thing is that he never try to follow up with us. If you are planning to go to Jeju Island, my suggestion is stay with a well known brand hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to stay.

Amazing sea views and spacious room”
My and my friends having best moments in this hotel during our Jeju trip. The room is spacious and clean, the brand of shampoo and shower gel is malin Goetz. The sea view is definitely amazing. And our room also have a small garden, you can just chill there and do nothing. I will definitely book again if I come to Jeju next time

Excellent Hotel....Great Staff....Feels luxurious”
We stayed at this hotel for three days. It has multiple pools, hot tubs and a sauna. The staff were fantastic, with a special shout out to Sean who helped us repeatedly and always with a smile. The room was large and very well designed and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with an excellent range of choices. The hotel is on the coast with a beautiful view. We did not have a car. We managed to get around using taxis, but a car would be preferable. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this hotel .

Probably one of the best value with a panoramic view of the ocean”
After 2 nights of camping, decided to try this hotel and book the best room. Was not disappointed. The panoramic suite has to be the best value with a 180-view of the sea (and seeing the lady divers going out in the morning for their harvesting). Hotel staff was kind to help recommend a location for marinated carbs. Location not far to most places and approx 45mins drive to pyeonson and hallim area

Spacious rooms, but the hot water ran out on one of the nights during our stay. When we provided that feedback, the staff merely said that they were repairing the pool, which caused the disruption.
