Great location!”
Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, a special thanks to The staff on January 13th. between the hours of 1300-1400. Also thanks to the evening staff and the staff on the day of my departure. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short this time, I hope to be back for a visit in the future. This is an excellent hotel location within walking distance to umeda station & bus terminal to airport (approx. 7minutes ). The room was clean and warm. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you! Best, J.R

i had been visit osaka twice. if you take limosine bus you would be want to nearest bus stop. this hotel is very close location from limosine bus stop. this hotel was good experience and clean and kind.

Great place to stay!”
Great location, near Hankyu Umeda station, JR Osaka station, Sanban-gai food hall, Daimaru, Yodobashi and other shopping area. The room was very comfortable, stylish and clean. All staff are very helpful. Highly recommended hotel!

Good spot in Umeda”
We were just looking for a place to crash that was close to the Umeda station, and this was exactly that. Staff was helpful in getting our luggage shipped to our next hotel. Room is small but very affordable and clean.

Great location”
Love the location and it was so easy to get to the different sightseeing spots from the hotel. Not to mention that my single bed was HUGE enough for two people. Lastly, there’s a pottery cafe/experience classroom just beside the hotel so I recommend giving it a go if you have some time to kill.

The (near) perfect place for business and leisure in Osaka”
Stayed here for six nights and have no regrets about it. Located in the heart of the Umeda district of Osaka, this place is just a stone’s throw away from the Umeda and JR Osaka main stations. Countless dining options located just around this place. Being the hotel relatively new, all the furnishings (bed, carpet, bathrooms) are all sparking fresh. Room temperature and humidity is also perfect for the weather. Unlike other business hotels, check in time is on the early side (managed to do an early one) and check out time is generous until noon. Just one minor complaint, breakfast is only set meals provided by the attached restaurant which I find a bit underwhelming. Other hotels’ main selling point is providing tasty breakfast buffets and UNIZO could work on this one. But other than that, it was an impeccable stay.

Clean room”
Even though the room was small, the toiletries and humidifier added points to this review. Location of the hotel is good - walking distance to train station. The lobby staff was also helpful to lend an umbrella for the wet weather. I would stay at the same hotel for my next visit.

Super recommend. Walk a bit from station but I think it’s good as it’s out of crowd somehow.. well. In Japan this is usual I guess. Once u stay, u’ll love it. *just the laundry not enough. Everytime ppl occupied..

Newly built”
Good location , take 5-7 mins from hanku bus station . Easy to access all shopping or eating spots . to JR less than 10mins . Room not so small but cozy .

Great experience, convenient location and functional”
I stayed 3 nights at this hotel at end of March 2019, and it was a new structure and everything was clean and functional. The amenities and facilities were very satisfactory. Location is among izakaya and other eateries, on Yodobashi side of Osaka-Umeda station, so it was quite lively. I really liked the firmness of bed, fluffy pillows and blanket... and the noise was minimal in my experience, so I could sleep very well (I'm a light sleeper). The room size is marginally bigger than similar hotels I stayed in Tokyo. There is an airport express bus stop only 5-10 minutes away, so going to Kansai airport with lots of luggage was not an issue. Will choose to stay here next time in Osaka.

Great for 1-2 nights”
Hotel is in key location! Endless restaurants and shops. Rooms are a bit small but super clean and I liked the bathroom. Great for 1-2 nights. Hotel has vending machine and laundry room. Restaurant on ground floor that offers guests breakfast ( if included in room price). Didn’t really enjoy breakfast but enjoyed the location! Would definitely stay at this hotel brand again.

The hotel is very near to the Osaka station, malls and restaurants. There’s housekeeping every day, so room is always clean. Free bottled water. There is a pants presser but I never got to use. Overall, I love this hotel.

High standard, room is bigger than normal in Japan ”
Pros: room is well designed, bigger than normal in Japan. Good use of space. Well equipped, effective and efficient. Location is great. Subway exit 5, turn right at top of escalator, and cross the main road then turn left and walk for 3 min. Even better if you use airport limousine Cons: breakfast is good, but only just. Entrance could be hard to see.
