My 3rd stay in this Hotel”
Happy to stay here whenever we are in Tokyo. The cleanliness is important for me as we have 2kids with us. I caught the room service consistently change the beddings everyday. We stayed for 7days and we were comfortable during winter as they have heater and humidifier. The size we booked is the 20sqm just nice for 4 pax. The size is considered bigger considering Tokyo space is always limited. Very easy to reach Airport as they provided free shuttle to Tokyo station. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Location is the best for accessing to city of Tokyo.”
The location is easily accessible to the center of Tokyo. It’s about a few minutes walk to kayabaco station (Hibiya line) and 8 minutes walk from TCAT (Tokyo limousine bus stop) to hotel. The room is very clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We will be back soon.

I visited Tokyo with my family. It was the the first ttavel with group so before visiting I was so nervous about hotel's comvenience.. But the hotel I visited was sooooooo clean and cozy. I totally satisfided with that hotel. Thanks very much! I'll visit again next time:)

This hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle of the busier districts, so if you are looking for a quieter location, this is it. Having said that, it is still very conveniently located near the subway station, about 5 min walk. The staff were very friendly and accomodating and were happy to answer any questions and provide assistance. Thank you!

Clean, friendly, easy to get to”
We walked to the hotel from Tokyo station, it was easy to find and the staff were friendly. Good breakfast. Rooms were decent size for Tokyo. Would stay here again.

Big space for Japan standard”
Near to 2 station - kayabacho station at 400m and nihonbashi station at 700m. Hotel location is nearer to odaiba and Disneyland which makes it 30 mins to reach there but it takes 30 mins to reach Shinjuku area too. It's about 700m to tcat bus terminal to Haneda airport too and it only takes us about 15 mins to reach airport from hotel and cost 890 yen. Over all I would say the hotel location is pretty convenient.

The room is big than other hotels in Japan. There's a laundromat. If you dont have coins, you can just exchange in the frontdesk. If you love walking, the 3 minutes walk to the nearest station - Kayabacho will not be a problem. There are several restaurants and 24/7 stores nearby. The checkin is a breeze and using new technology. Facilities are upgraded. Will definitely comeback and try other branches too!

Very convenient location within the center of Tokyo”
A 5 minute walk from Kayabacho Station on the Hibiya line which is on the same line as Tsukiji and Ginza. 2 minutes walk from Starbucks and Family Mart is just across the streets. Fast check in and check out. Rooms are small but what you need is there. Soundproofing quite adequate. Would stay here the next time.

Use our hotel this time, and thank you very much truly. There is our hotel near more than one station, and others also has many restaurants. A map has been also prepared at a front, so please use the time of an overnight by all means next time. I'm waiting for the next use more than a heart.
Great Value for Money”
Great hotel for a short 4 day stay in Tokyo. The room was very cheap by Tokyo standards & the room was spacious for Japan standards (17m2). Deco was old & exterior of the hotel wasn't great. You can tell it was an older hotel but well maintained & clean. Best of all, the location was very convenient (only 300m walk to Kayabacho Station on Hibiya Line).

Basic modern hotel with big room”
Hotel is modern, and very clean. A major plus point is the room is big, according to the country standard and most Japanese hotels I've stayed in. I just wish the hotel can provide softer pillows. Location is very close to Kayabacho station, and also within walking distance to Nihonbashi station. There is a Family Mart just across the road, and some small restaurants nearby. The only downside, is there is no self-service coin laundry machine.

Good impression of the front desk service”
We had not booked the ticket for Narita express to Airport until late night before traveling next early morning, but the lady staff at front desk helped us by calling JR office to gather every information and provide suggestion until we can book the ticket and seats before we go around 5:30 am of the next day. Good location and reasonable price”
I could get good price for 2nights. Annex building is more quiet and can relax but just expect improvement for wifi connection more stable and ice bending machine in the building.
