Great location in Jeju, spacious room !!”
We had the lovely nights here in Juju, the room is very big and very clean and it's located in the heart of Jeju shopping area. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby which you can always find local delicacy Korean food. The only problem we had is there is no aircon during winter, We were there in late winter which at night, it turned out to be a bit hot for us. Aside from this. It's a 5 stars from this hotel.

Hotel just next to the shopping street. Convient but the basement carpark is challenging. The room & toilet are big. Value for money

Many eateries are just around the corner. The room is big and spacious. Taxi from the airport cost us 5100 won. The room in general was clean enough. However, if u looked closely, u can see cobwebs in some corners. It also bothered me that the room came with a can of insecticide. I am super scared of creepy crawlies. Luckily, I saw none.

Value for money if looking for 2 Queen/King size bed in 1 room. They have huge bathroom with bathtub for privacy. Good location for hunting food & shopping around the neighbourhood. Use googlemap to search the hotel, along the lanes there were few hotels and eateries.

Netflix is available ”
I like the Netflix channel on the 55 inch big smart TV... however the Netflix main language is Korean not English..thanks we enjoyed several movies w Eng subtitles. Enjoyed the free coffee at the lobby. We appreciate the early check in. Housekeeping daily. A delicious pound cake cafe is inside the hotel beside it. 15 mins bus ride to Jeju bus terminal from the nearby bus stop.

Clean, spacious room w/ amenities (toiletries/bath towels/toothbrush). Hot/cold water cooler at reception. One receptionist only, speaks Korean & Mandarin. She dials for an interpreter service if you speak English (not difficult). No concierge services - Suggest go to the 5-star Shilla Stay Hotel across the main road if you need directions! Many korean restaurants, cafes, small fashion/accessory/cute stuff stores & convenience stores right outside of W. Good for a 1-2 hr walk that's all (despite it being "downtown"). Starbucks, Innisfree, Artbox 3 mins away. 3-storey Daiso 15min walk away. 5,000won ride (10min) from Airport to W. No subway in Jeju - either cab or bus. If you intend to visit museums/ touristy areas/stay for several days, suggest Seongwipo or Jungmum(southern tip-40min/40000won ride from Airport or take Airport Bus to/fro). Cluster of museums(K-pop/TeddyBear/Chocolate/Ripley's)/Waterfall/beaches there. Mazeland is east of island though (20-30min away).

Centrally located in the town, easy access to restsurants and shopping areas, room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly.

Nice location with parking”
This is our second time back to this hotel and this time with young children. It is convenient and walking distance to convenience stores and food. Definitely will come back again next time we visit Jeju.

Details don’t telly”
Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights ; staff don’t speak English nor mandarin , no lift from carpark to lobby so if you have heavy luggages or disable member you will have to drop them first before going to the basement carpark . Booked a deluxe double room , state in the detail bathtub but there was none .

Old & spacious”
A bit run down. Rooms is spacious but few of the sockets are malfunction. The front desk staff (1 only 1pax) is poor in English & speak mild Chinese. Kind enough to get translation help from the telephone operator. Do not provide a map. Distance from the hotel to the airport about 20mins ~ Krw4,500~5000 per way. Provide Basic toiletries. Bedding is hard mattress but is suitable for us after long trek. Near to no car street & eatery.

2nights at hotel w shinjeju”
Very good location around Korean restos which caters mostly bbq, bibimbap and breakfast . Some restos open 24hrs for convenience of bfast lovers. Hotel has water dispenser on the ground floor so you can refill your water bottles without need of buying. Free toothpastes and many more for unlimited basis in the frontdesk. Bed is a bit hard for me , but my friend likes it , she said good for the back. Room is a bit smelly of cigarette at first entrance but good thing they place an air spray freshener in your own room; so you can spray as much as you want to remove the smell. Guests are family members, couples , and youngsters like us; so no worries you are in safe hands even if there are bars / pub from a distance in the hotel. Aircon is working well. Just a bit confuse at start since all the buttons are in korean. Clean room even if the shower pole is a bit rusty due to old age. Frontdesk makes recommendation for good resto, and draw map for us :)

Pros: With free car park, location okay. Cons: Doors cant be locked. No breakfast. Staff not friendly as in not assisting, perhaps is because they couldnt speak English nor other language except Korean

The hotel is good with perfect location.. but the bed is strong i didn't feel comfortable alot.
