good location, clean and new”
8-10mins walk from Ikebukuro station. surrounding area is lively that there are 24 hrs supermarket, ramen shop, convenient stores and donki... rooms are very clean and new, facilities all are in good condition. Sound proof is surprisingly good compare to other similar hotel rooms of the same sizes. Staff are helpful. We enjoy our stay at this hotel, and would come back to this hotel on our next trip to Tokyo.

This hotel is located close to the center of Ikubukuro and the rooms are a bit small but modern and clean. The staff is friendly and a good deal for the money.

I doubted all the previous flattering reviews to this hotel. I tried it. Enjoyed the hospitality from the moment I arrived (an hour earlier to the check-in time but nevertheless got the key to the room without any word from the receptionist) until I left the hotel. Highly recommended!

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is clean but has a little musty smell. The location is a bit far from the station but able to walk comfortably. Overall very good

If you're an anime and game fan, this is the best place to stay. In the heart Ikebukuro and just minutes away walking distance to tons of arcades and shops. Also very easy access to trains.

Nice base in a cool area”
Nice location. Close to Sunshine City Mall, Animate, arcades, etc. A few minutes walk to the station. I got the "premier double" room and it was cosy but comfy. Soundproofing is important to me and it seemed good (but I was on the top floor in a corner so that probably helped). No included breakfast, but there is a cafe in the lobby, and tons of convenience stores nearby and groceries a few minutes away (a small Maruetsu and a Seiyu). I did laundry easily; there are 3 washers (300¥, dispenses detergent automatically) and 3 dryers (100¥ per 30 mins). The staff was helpful!

Pleasant Stay With One Caveat”
The staff was very professional and sincere. The facility was very new and the temperature inside the hotel was just right even though it was so cold outside. Lots of amenities to make them stand out from other hotels. Great location in West Tokyo. Our one caveat / issue: We reserved a "Superior Double Room - Non-Smoking" with a queen size bed but we got a double size bed. It was harder to sleep for the 3 of us.

Super clean brand new hotel with polite and helpful staff. ”
The only thing is that hotel pajamas are not comfortable at all. The fabric felt so rough on the skin I couldn't wear them and they were very small in size, maybe US small size. I Recommend you bring your own jammies

Cheap and nice”
stayed here for 3 nights to explore toyko. close to the trains and resturants. has a wicked night life in close proximity to the hotel. pillows were the best we found in japan which was a real sore point for me up until this hotel. would stay here again

Nice stay in Tokyo”
The location a bit far away from station, but overall very nice stay in this hotel. They have many goods to borrow such as steamer or foot massage machine etc. The hotel is news and stylish, the room were a bit small but acceptable. Staff were very nice too. Nice stay in this hotel!
