Clean, good location & new hotel”
Hotel is easily accessible by bus from Jeju Int'l airport located in the new downtown area. Hotel is new, clean & good view from the high floor. It is near to quite alot of places, nearby has many eateries & shopping. The shower (no door) & toliet is seperated. Hotel is new & clean. Overall a good choice.

Thanks for the complimentary upgrade! Nice view from the balcony. No noise from nearby airport. Carpark attendant was very friendly and I appreciate his help! Comfortable stay overall. Shower water pressure is ok but can be improved.

At the city center with parking”
The hotel is very close to the airport, and there are many eateries right around the area. Our rooms had a direct view to the brand new Dream Center. The streets are very narrow, but there was always staff waiting for you at the entrance to the valet parking (free, in the back of the hotel). They asked me to call them 10 min ahead, but my car was always ready right away. The rooms are fine - a standard Korean lodging between hotel and motel type. This would be good base for exploring the island.

Clean and nice. ”
We got a room on 19/f and reception told us we got upgraded! Although cannot tell the difference but the room got a balcony and overlooking the airport. Room with queen size bed and confortable bed and pillow. Got 1 writing desk and 1 round table so there is plenary of space to put our stuff. Toilet is separated from shower room and washing basin. But there is no actual door after the shower room just a glass door. So after shower when changing clothes it's a bit cold becoz air con is right outside. The man at car park is very nice and helpful. Since we stay only for 1 night and next day early morning at 5:30am will head to airport, reception can call a taxi. But we actually waited for 15mins but no luck. So finally catch one outside directly (reli lucky). It costs only 6000won to airport.

-Strategic location in Jeju city -Staff were nice and helpful -Nice roof top view -Comfortable bed -Free parking -But air circulation was bad in room (Air conditioner will stop automatically when reaching the set temperature, I have to open the window to let the air flow) -Bathroom was small -Fridge was tiny

I stayed on the ondol room and it was very clean. Amenities were okay. Need more room for clothing though. It's a very nice experience staying in an ondol room even though it can be hard. Also, the remote for the ondol is kind of confusing to use.

So far acceptable”
Good location. Room is clean, 19/F is also quiet. But the air-conditioner in the room is really awkward, it automatically switched-off whenever the room temperature is lower than the temperature set at the air-cond. It will lead to no fresh air in the room. I opened the window but there is a construction site nearby. Overall, the hotel is still quite good.

Great location but limited furniture in the room”
Booked Futon mattress room and it's quite empty inside beside a small table and 2 floor chairs. Not enough cabinet for clothes storage and hanging racks. Small bathroom and toilet (about 1sqm each with 2 separate doors)

Comfortable stay”
Big room, big toilet, nice bed and good price. Toilet bowl room is separated from bathing room. I would recommend adding a bidet to the toilet bowl room. Overall, it’s one of the value for money choice in jeju.

Near airport, near buses for convenience to key attractions”
Closeness to airport is key value of this hotel, esp for early flights out of Jeju. Many food choices near hotel adds to its convenience too. However, Jeju-Si attracts too many shopping type tourists and this hotel is located near shopping streets, hence full of tourists from one specific country, making Jeju City and hotel seem almost like a non-korean city. Though separate washing basin area, toilet and shower room is a great concept, the shower room is extremely, unreasonably small, even for a 160m, 44kg person.

overall a decent hotel ”
Location was good, around 15 mins walk to the 5 days market, 10 mins walk to e-mart and Lotte mart, though difficult to find a local restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, however, the air conditioning stopped working after a while, had to open the windows the whole night. The staff were not particularly friendly, and full of chinese mainlanders. No rubbish bin in the lobby, resulting in rubbish scattered around the lobby table, not a particularly good sight for people who walk pass the lobby to the lift area. I would recommend this for overnight stay only, primarily for shopping in the marts, and also in cooler seasons.

unfriendly staff”
The front desk staff was unfriendly(, I just asked her one simply question about the location of nearest currency exchange stores, staff showed annoying attitude without smile and eye contact (she kept watching computer and typing when answering my question. It was rude). As a hotel front line staff, she should not show such rude attitude when she was serving customer. It is unacceptable!
