Very pleasant stay”
We enjoyed the stay very much. Room size is small but it is the standard of Japan which doesn’t bother us. Room is clean n neat. Water pressure very strong which is a big plus. Hotel stuff at front desk very helpful n welcoming. I placed a special request to see if they are able to have on setting up some arrangement which may beyond there ability. However, they tried their best in giving us a little surprise on offering a complimentary drink n a snack goodies. To our surprise, there was a live jazz band performance on the night we got the drink which left us a unique memory of the little surprise. It’s really the icing on the cake. Thank you for everything n we will definitely come back.

This hotel was in a great location. Close to bars and eateries. Also the underground passage to the Umeda and Osaka station can be accessed from across the street. It’s a little confusing to find your way back to the hotel from the stations but once you get used to it it’s a great location. The bar downstairs was pretty hip and also had happy hour. The room was clean and the technology to turn off the lights from the bed was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Ibis Umeda, Osaka - brilliant position!! ”
This is a brand new hotel, only open a few months and it shows. Everything it shiny and new. Great facilities, nice rooms, VERY comfortable beds and huge fluffy pillows and doona! The location is crazy good. Two blocks from the main Osaka Umeda train station. Hundreds of restaurant choices, super easy access, great free wifi onsite, friendly staff. This is definitely a great place to stay!! :)

Hotel connected to the mall, ease of access to lots of food”
You can get better food at ground level rather than at the basement mall for which the hotel is uniquely connected via a special elevator. There are good value food streets just surrounding the hotel where you can get quite a variety of different types of food. The rooms are impeccably clean and well kept. Thanks for upgrading our rooms. We really appreciate that, too!

Value for money”
The breakfast was excellent. The view from our room of the HEP Five was lovely, the room was small but it was clean and tidy. The staff are all attentive and very helpful. The location is near the Umeda station, and there is a shortcut inside the Whity (underground) mall from Umeda station. Overall it was a great stay and will be staying there again.

Hotel location is near from hep five ferris wheel & restaurant. In order to catch up the morning flight, we suggest to use airport bus (to Kansai Airport) which is around 500m by foot from this hotel..

I been staying several hotels in Osaka but Ibis was one of the best quality in total. I really want to come back again and stay again.

Great hotel, clean, great location plenty of eateries near by. Would have been better if have a coin laundry in the hotel, we had to walked a bit to the nearest laundromat.

so many train stations nearby which made travelling easy. right smack in the middle of umeda. ippudo is like 3 min away.

Good over all”
We spent 2 nights there. It was a quite new hotel. A bit hard to find (just because of the crossroad). Don't be surprised how small it is. The room was lack of fresh air but I assume I can't ask for much. The location is great. Good restaurants are just in 5-10min on foot. There is a small cafeteria downstairs. Nice staff. Pretty good overall.

Clean Room and Good Location. ”
Room is extremely clean and new as it is a new hotel. However, it is very cramp. Literally no space to move about in the room especially if you have large piece of luggage and you will have to put in on coffee table (round). Good hotel location. Within walking distance to JR Osaka and Umeda Station.

The staff are very helpful and honest.Left my train tickets in our hotel room on the day we checked out, but I was able to get them when I came back to the hotel.Upon arrival in Fukuoka, I realized that I left my favorite pair of pants.I emailed the hotel and got a response immediately.They sent the pair of pants to the hotel where I was staying in Fukuoka.I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Very convenient location, nice stay”
Nice modern hotel in the middle of umeda. You can walk there from the train station using underground via Whity shopping mall, and go out from north mall 2 exit. It's very near to many shopping malls & shopping street with lots of places to eat. It's also very near to the big Don Quijote stores where i could buy souvenirs, so it's very convenient. The staffs are friendly. However, just like typical hotels in japan, the rooms are tiny, so may be squeezy if u hv many big luggages.
