hungry? head to the elevator and at the G/F is a 7-11 which offers great rice meals that will cost you 550 yen max. or if you want, turn to the next corner and there is an abundance of street food for every budget. shopping district is 3 blocks away, train station is about 10 mins walk. breakfast is good, room is nice and clean but kinda small (it is japan after all, cost of living is high), hotel staff are nice, wifi in room is fast. i like the desk that can be used as a dining table and there's a tub if you want to soak in. japanese toilets are also installed so there's no problem with your bathroom duties. they have complete bathroom essentials so do not worry about not bringing your toiletries. don't expect a show on TV translated to english. there's video on demand though, for guests who really want to entertain themselves by watching on a large screen. will come back again, hopefully there will be discounts or other promotions for thrifty individuals like me.

Hotel is very clean, friendly staff and they are all helpful and accomodating. Stayed for 5 nights - it was all worth it. They served delicious breakfast meal (buffet). Hotel is Very close to Namba station. Then, 4-5 minutes walk to dotonbori (Where the famous glico man is). I love the ambiance around the area, full of life!! I will definitely recomment this hotel to my family and friends. Definitely be back!!!!! :)

Nice hotel in good location of Osaka”
I visited Osaka for Osaka Marathon 2019. Choosing location to stay is no brainer, Dōtombori is my favorite because of its tourist destination; shopping centers, restaurants, street foods, several convenient stores and easy access to train systems. Ibis is located at the center of this area, 1 block away from “Glico” billboard. Japanese hotel room is typically smaller than what you see in other countries but it’s clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is nice.

Strategically located ,walking distance to Dotonbori,kuromon market and shinsaibashi”
The staff are very nice and accomodating.The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to all the hot spots in Osaka like Dotonbori,Kuromon Market,Shinsaibashi and only a short train ride to Den den town and Universal Studio Japan. Travel to and from the airport is convenient by train via Nipponbashi station or by Dotonbus which stops at Doton plaza, only around 3 to 5 minute walk from the hotel depending on your pace.

I like everything from the front desk staff, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness and simplicity of the whole place. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friend who want value for their money. The breakfast food is simple but enough choices to nourish your mornings. Coffee was awesome!

Very good service”
The counter staff are very nice. We bothered them with so many questions and they helped us with every query. There is a drug store on level 2 of this hotel and 7 Eleven on the ground level. Walking distance to Dotonbori and subway. Good choice!

Great location ”
They do have a parking lot but since i didint now I only use on my last day and edu up spending more money in other parking lot. So if you go by car ask the staff, I think would be helpful if day had ask me if i was gonna need to use de parking lot, but understand that was my mistake not to ask

Clean, comfy beds and great location close to everything in Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori! Granted the rooms are small but the Queen sized bed was comfy and perfect. Pillows were pretty flat, but nonetheless great stay!

Ibis is nicely located in Dotonbori. MRT is a bit far but manageable by walking. Other attractions are close as well. Hotel is clean with basic amenities.

The size of the triple room is great but a bit small for the standard double room. Should have given an upgrade with air conditioning for each room will be good. Slightly long queue on the morning breakfast...

Right in the Midst”
Excellent location. Clean. Nice limited breakfast choices and can get tiring after consecutive days. Be warned that the hotel is on ‘centralized’ airconditioning and during our stay (April 16 to 21) it can a bit warm at night even with the (8th floor room) windows opened. Problem with opening the windows is that it is a bit noisy considering the location of the hotel, not to mention the crows. Japanese hotels are quite small compared to western standards and this is true with this hotel. Overall, we like the place but maybe do something about the room airconditioning, let individual room control its own temperature please.

Excellent location... belly satisfied”
The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It's just next to all the food options in Dotonburi. We absolutely loved it. We were NEVER HUNGRY. We were a family of 6 so we booked 2 rooms. 1 room had 4 single beds next to each other while the other one had 2 single beds. Rooms were clean and quiet. There are coin operated laundry facilities within this hotel. It's really good to have this facility so that we could do a load of laundry before we went to our next destination. We had breakfast with this room. Simple hearty breakfast with a mix of local japanese and continental breakfast. Staff worked hard to keep the food trays full and also to clear the tables for guests. There is parking within the facility but it has a vehicle height restriction. We had a Nissan Elgrand and our car was too tall to get into the parking facility. A sedan would fit the parking facility. There is a fee for parking. Hotel recommended other parking locations for us to park. Overall a great place.

Great location”
The hotel is right across from Kyoto station and right by the Porto entrances. Great eateries and shops. Great location for taxi pick-up. Lawson convenient store. Coffee shop and restaurant right downstairs. Rooms where tidy daily. Room was quiet. Front desk staff was very nice & quick. Room was small but that’s the norm in Japan. Only complaint was the bathroom had a musty smell in some days and you can’t see through the window, not sure if there’s no good view or if they’re hiding a bad view. Good toiletries. I would stay here again.

Very modern, clean, and in the heart of Osaka Namba. Close to subway and easily accessible to the sights and culture we were looking for. Only downfall was my daughter wanted hot chocolate from the machine in the lobby and it was only available to members-not a make or break though. Would stay here again!

Superb location, at the heart of Dotonbori”
Location is wonderful. Easy access to good food at Dontonbori. Room are clean. As we travel in March, hotel switched on heater instead of air-con. Therefore, it is a bit stuffy & warm in room. We Off it & opened the window to allow cool air to enter instead. Breakfast is ok, can consider introducing more bread & fruits selection. I gave excellent rating for staff, Ms Yui Serikawa because she was so helpful & calm when handling my situation (I lost my hubby while walking in busy Dontonbori). She responsed fast & gave me assurance which I needed in a foreign land. Thank you Ms Yui for your great help! Appreciate!

I love Ibis”
Ibis is close to Doton Plaza which offers an airport shuttle service. Walking distance to some tourist spots. Osaka wonderloop stop is also nearby. Hotel is clean. Room is small but manageable. Typical Japanese hotel size. This is one of the hotels in the are you can choose from.

Conveniently located at tourist attraction to dondonburi. Staff was great. He assisted us to phone book a kobe restaurant seating.
