This hotel attracts a lot of international travelers and gives off a cool vibe. Something felt hostel-y (community-wise) but with actual hotel rooms.. If you book your room with breakfast, you get a point card where you can choose whatever you want for breakfast or if not, you can spend it on snacks and that's exactly what we did on the last day and loaded up on so many! The size of the rooms are as expected, the elevators are fast and there's a relatively large dining area. Only piece of feedback is I wish they had maybe one more laundry machine because it's always in use and it doesn't dry if you put in a pair of jeans or two - smaller loads are recommended for sure. They can also help take out laundry if it's ended but it might become an issue if the laundry isn't dry. Other than that, love the place.

Location was okay and most staff were friendly. Rooms were very small though compared to other hotels I have stayed in Japan. One complaint I have is the receptionist I spoke to did not make the reservation in the restaurant for our dinner. She said she was going to do it when it opens. I dropped by the restaurant and asked if our reservation was confirmed and they said nothing was made. I was very disappointed with the receptionist of the hotel. Luckily the restaurant still had a table for us. It was not a bad hotel at all but for the price, we could have stayed in hotels with bigger rooms.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days and we were told they do not clean the rooms daily nor replace the toiletries/towels unless requested. The staff were very nice and friendly though.

Room size is just enough for a couple. The room and toilet is very clean. Linens, towels and room amenities are exceptional. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location is near the train station, but few attractions within. Overall - 4star

청소도 3일이상 숙박시에만 가능. (3일에 1번씩만 해줌) 청소 원하면 추가요금 발생. 수건 및 칫솔등 로비에서 받아가야함. 매번 수건 받기 정말 귀찮음. 가격이 싼것도 아니였는데... 이 가격이면 렘롯폰기가 나음.

지어진지 얼마 안 되었는지 숙소가 엄청 깨끗하고 넓은 편은 아니지만 일본호텔치고는 꽤 넓었습니다. 조식을 10point 로 먹어야해서 불편할 줄 알았는데 계산하면서 담아야하는 불편함은 있었지만 꽤 많이 담을 수 있었고 음식맛도 괜찮았습니다!! 직원분들도 상당히 친절하신데 일본어를 많이 쓰셔서 저는 좀 힘들었지만 만족합니다! 주변 역인 아카사카역도 교통이 좋은 편이라 위치도 괜찮습니다~~ 추천해요!!

地下鉄の出口が工事中でしたが、駅までも近く便利でした！ スタッフの方も親切で、コーヒーサービスやおしるこサービスも嬉しい😆 朝ごはんのお茶漬けも良かったです！

隣にコンビニがあり、地下鉄も近く飲食店もあり便利な所です。 部屋も綺麗でした、機会があればまた利用したいです。
