Amazing customer service, the staff went above and beyond. Delicious and FREE breakfast every morning. Clean and spacious rooms with strong AC for those hot and humid Jeju summers. Unique and stylish decor in the lobby, perfect for Instagram! Good location close to lots of food options.

2nd stay and service still the same”
Free parking walking distance to Leejungseop street (7mins) Rooms size is large but some corners are dusty. Staff are cool and do not expect any helps from them. However, they can speak English. Breakfast is soso and the portion is not large.

Decent location 10mins walk to Art Street”
We drove to this hotel and there's enough parking area. The hotel is inclusive of breakfast but nothing outstanding a simple western breakfast set . Room size is decent and the reception staff don't speak a lot of English though.

Big room”
Big room, no place to hang clothes. No single shelf in the bathroom too store toiletries. Reception was unable to provide extra pillows. Cleanliness was averay at best

While we got the room in the advertised photo (for 3 pax, it came with a double bed and a single) we were disappointed the staff couldn't help by giving us an extra pillow or bed sheet after telling us she the charge is 10,000 wons for a blanket/ duvet. Seems the hotel policy is very inflexible. Would have been more satisfied otherwise as it was conveniently located for the waterfall and bridge/ Island.

The rooms we booked is very big. The view is not much as its blocked by buildings. Nice interior. Location is abit hard to find even with Waze.

located near two waterfall and some great geological formations, the room is big with heated flooring. staff command of english is limited.

A beautiful boutique hotel with polite staff”
All staff are so helpful & always wear a smile. Super quick check in & check out procedures. Breakfast is decent & delicious. Rooms are spacious and daily cleaning is well done. Would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast, Friendly staff, spacious room!”
The room is spacious. With a large glass window, you are able to enjoy the view around the hotel. My room is facing the Saeyeon bridge, the night view is amazing when the Saeyeon bridge light on! Though it was only a single bed and a double bed, but it is large enough to fit 4 of us. Bed is comfy, washroom is spacious too. Oh, and a definitely plus plus point, opt the breakfast! Not much varieties and it's just simply nice!

This hotel is nice! the room is big and clean, well equipped with toiletries, towels and so on. although no breakfast included but can redeem a Americano coffee for free in the next morning. Nearby GS25 store. Will come back again!
