The location was excellent, but for the price, I expected more. My room had a very stale smell if I didn't leave the fan running the whole time. Furniture and the walls are very outdated as well. Also, there wasn't even a water cooker. I've stayed at numerous "love motels" in Korea, and even those have had a water cooker or water dispenser nearby. Perhaps there was a water dispenser somewhere, but I wasn't able to find it easily. To top it all off, breakfast isn't included in the price. If I hadn't been so pressed for time, I would've looked around for a better bargain. High points are definitely location and a friendly staff. Although the staff members I encountered had little to no English skills, they still tried to help out.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. For the price paid, It was too ancient. The main foyer had an unpleasant musty smell as did the room. The room itself is quite spacious and had nice decor from the 1990s. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpets were very old and dirty. This hotel needs revamping. Looks nice from the outside but that's about it. It's located in the old town of Jeju so location is great for airport but nothing else.

First, they gave us a room with 1 big bed and 1 small bed, room size was wrong as bought. So we made noise and after a while, they helped us change the room to a larger room with 2 big beds. Ultimately we wanted 1 big bed only. But they wouldn't able to provide, anyway the bigger room was much more comfortable then the previous. So we accommodated. There is a lady staff that speaks Chinese instead of pure Korean only, so that made our stay much more comfortable.

nightmare .... expensive ...... not worth it ...... with the price u can get a more nicer real sea.frontage hotel... this hotel is time to go into museum unless the owner decide to renovate it .... everything so old ... smell like grand nanny..

Jeju is for everyone”

Our stay was good but it would have been better if they provide : 1) coffee making facilities in the room (they only provide water dispenser in the hallway) 2) wifi in the room (now it is only available in the lobby)

Great Hotel with nice outdoor park”

nice hotel with all the facilities available. only regret is the duty free shop closes quite early. dinner at the open air is a good experience.

酒店職員友善有禮，部分員工能說普通話。房間大致整潔，但是浴缸甚為殘舊。只有大堂有WIFI提供，但房間未有WIFI提供。住宿期間，酒店職員要求住客更換房間，雖然有UPGRADE房間，但已對住客做成茲擾。

인테리어는 완전레트로 하지만 직원분들의 친절도는 5성급 못지않음. 조식도 괜찮음 더 좋은건 동문시장과 우진해장국을 걸어서 갈수있다는 장점!!!

오래된 느낌은 있지만 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 관리가 잘 되어 있고 직원분들이 정말 친절하세요. 조식포함이었는데 맛있었어요. 위치도 좋아요~ 저는 다음번 제주도 방문시에도 여기 숙박 하려구요~

출장중 급하게 하루더 있게되어 급하게 예약한숙소였는데, 알고보니 유명한 고사리해장국집 앞이었네요. 숙소 내부가 오래된 호텔느낌과 냄새가 있었지만 오히려 깔끔하고 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되어있었구요. 고급호텔처럼 프론트 직원분들도 친절하셨어요. 요새 코로나로 발열체크 많이하는데 다른곳보다 철저히 관리하고있는게 보여 안심이 많이 되었습니다~!

에어컨이 공동이라 개별 조절이 안되어서 여름철엔 매우 더워요 복도에 나가면 담배냄새가 심하게 났는데 아침에 일어나니 객실 내에까지 번졌더라구요 옥상 수영장은 아이들이 놀기 좋은 곳으로 좁고 얕아요 제주도 숙소 중 가장 비싸게 묵었는데 제일 별로여서 아쉬웠어요

직원들은 친절합니다. 하지만 뭐하나 딱히 맘에드는것이 별루 없습니다. 시설은 많이 옛날 건물입니다. 청소는 정말 너무 안한 티가 납니다. 아이들 데리고 다니기에는 정말 불안할정도입니다. 침실에서 한실로 돈 더주고 업그레이드 했는데 침실은 카페트 상태가 너무 더러워서 아이들하고 하루 자는데 정말 힘들었음 그리고 한실은 들어가자 마자 걸레로 방을 3번이나 닦았습니다. 그래도 불안한 상태 먼지도 너무 많고 방구석구석은 몇년동안 청소가 안된느낌입니다. 화장실욕실? 대박 완전 옛날 방식에 물은 잘 안내려가고 타일은 부서진부분도 있고 화장지는 너무 얇아서 ........ 아 생각만 해도 다시 가고 싶지 않은 그런 호텔 아마도 죽을때까지 안갈듯
