In the resrot, you can play golf, swimming, gym. For the rest, it is best place in Cheju. And it has free shuttle bus from Airport. Also really good view.

Not recommended for Family”

The hotel is old and not maintained at all. The only pros is it’s location near to Hyeopjae Beach and Hallim Park. My Room was so so nasty.The room was not cleaned at all .. Floor was full of water .. Bathroom also same .. There was one white sofa and cushion in my room. I cannot even sit over there as it is black in color due to some kind of fungus. My daughter slipped couple of times at room .. due to wet. The receptionist guy was so nice .. He instructed the cleaning team to clean on next day … Any how I really don’t recommend for a family to stay there at all.

Price was really affordable but since pictures include swimming pools and gym I thought I would have access but you need to pay an extra free and this time because of corona virus there was just opened for Club members. Location is kind of far from the beach if you don't have your own car and cleanliness needs to be improved.

Disappointing”

I had been to a raon hotel in Busan and loved my stay so wanted to do the same in jeju. Was very disappointed by the poor service and quality. I do not recommend. I asked for a double bed instead of twin bed because I was a solo traveler and got downgraded somehow. I had to beg to get the room I paid for because they had given it to someone else. After some wait they miraculously found a room.

I was not able to set my GPS for next destination so I approached Front Desk Staff for assistance. He was quick to respond and tried to resolve it. However the system seems to have some glitches. after several failed attempts, he volunteered to drive his car and asked us to follow him to the destination. Thumbs up for their service and thank you.

Room was small but it was clean and better than what I expected. no breakfast included but it was good to have a coffee and crossaint at the Hyupjae Beach.

Horrible hotel!!! ”

This hotel has nice facilities but not everything that shines is gold. I’ve traveled a lot and I have to say this has been the worse hotel experience I’ve had. The staff other from the housekeeping have horrible service. They’re rude and every time we called the front desk and they didn’t understand English instead of transferring us they would hang up. The convenience store inside the hotel also has horrible customer service the cashiers would literally not even bag our stuff and would throw the money at us. Also you have to pay separate to use their pool, sauna, and gym. And if you want to use their pool you have to wear a swimming cap. They will try to charge you every time you want to use each facility. Overall if you’re traveling and don’t speak korean I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. You will get a headache every time you want to get somewhere. This is for locals not for foreign traveling.

Disappointing - filthy carpet and extra fee for pool use ”

I had high hopes for this hotel, with its proximity to the 금능 beach as well as their own indoor pool. As I drove up to the hotel, it looked promising - nestled amongst the golf resort condos. However, when we got to our room, the carpet was very filthy - it looked and felt very grimy. Plus, there was a fly in the room. When I asked for a new room at the front desk, they said they were fully booked and couldn't give us a new room (which is understandable). But when I mentioned the fly in the room, the lady just gave me a tired look of silence - like she couldn't care less. We went to the pool, hoping it'd make up for our disappointment with the room - we found out there's a 15,000₩ fee per adult for using the pool (I would not have booked this hotel had I known). Plus, the water there didn't seem particularly clean either. I got the room fairly cheap through agoda, but considering my wife and I had to pay 30,000₩ extra for the pool, we could've stayed at a nicer cleaner hotel elsewhere for the same amount of money.

For people who feel tired from city life”

Beautiful scenery and nice pool, facility. They also have a shuttle bus bt airport and hotel, you do not need to rent a car.

We arrived at 8.30 in the morning. we were hoping to drop our bags and hit the beach. They axtually let us check in early even though check in wasn't until 4. our room hadn't been made yet but we were thrilled! amazing staff!
